I looked around at a few other items and the same - no prices. Apparently it's a "Dick's Thing" to put merchandise out without prices. And I'm not talking just a few things - entire displays, etc. Has anyone ever stopped to think about "customer experience?"

This is your standard college bookstore. Textbooks, school supplies, and sportswear. I would…read moredefinitely suggest checking prices elsewhere (especially Amazon) before buying textbooks here. I've done this the past few times I've purchased textbooks, and I've found much better deals online. The employees are hit or miss. The ones upstairs when you purchase textbooks are GREAT! The ones downstairs aren't the best. Long story short, I asked the cashier (before buying the coupon on a points app) if it would work with the 30% off discount on a specific item, and she said yes. Then it didn't work, and the manager and two other employed did not help at all or offer me an apology. They didn't do anything to resolve the issue.

I have never had this issue with any other business through the Yelp app. The selection is definitely good - although, you don't get the "buy one get one free" T-shirt's for $21.99 if you order them online. That was disappointing as well. There were definitely plenty of shirts, sweatshirts, drinkware, magnets etc. to choose from. And not a bad selection from the clearance racks, either.

I have a love/hate relationship with mall stores like this one. They offer their merchandise at…read morehigher prices to pay for the mall rent. When they have a sale, it's often minor. However, I've managed to get some great clearance deals with The Finish Line, but generally not with their competitors. Today was not one of those days. While they had a couple of sales on Brooks running shoes overall, it looked mostly as though they were trying to clear out the non-mainstream colour combinations. The same model shoe but in a muted or conservative colour scheme was full price. I'm sure they have to do more with Nike, Adidas, and Reebok because most stores will have those. Over the years, I've found that The Finish Line has shirts and other gear on good sales, but you have to keep up with their weekly sales and impromptu mark downs. Two of the staffers asked to help me and one stayed quite a while to discuss things. Surprisingly, there was no high pressure, although they asked repeatedly if I'd like to try something. They were both pleasant, thankfully, which isn't all that common in my experience.

I saw the shirt right away but was drawn all the way to the back with all the color and perfectly curated racks! They even offer Free People now which is an added bonus! Not only are the clothes organized and neatly displayed, the entire shop is clutter free! It's refreshing to be able to walk around a boutique and not get caught on a rack everywhere you turn! And the staff is pretty awesome too! They are super responsive on social media and so willing to share their knowledge of the clothes and upcoming events! I've already been back again!
