I ordered apparel well before Christmas, and after calling several times asking where my order was and being talked down to by the owner, I canceled my order. They told me I would be refunded in several days. After waiting two weeks and calling multiple times about my refund, I FINALLY got ahold of the owner. He was cocky and very sarcastic. He made me feel terrible and when I asked him not to be rude he told me he wasn't rude and I was the one droning on. WOW!! I don't recommend this company to anyone unless you want to be treated poorly.

I've done this the past few times I've purchased textbooks, and I've found much better deals online. The employees are hit or miss. The ones upstairs when you purchase textbooks are GREAT! The ones downstairs aren't the best. Long story short, I asked the cashier (before buying the coupon on a points app) if it would work with the 30% off discount on a specific item, and she said yes. Then it didn't work, and the manager and two other employed did not help at all or offer me an apology. They didn't do anything to resolve the issue.

I have a love/hate relationship with mall stores like this one. They offer their merchandise at…read morehigher prices to pay for the mall rent. When they have a sale, it's often minor. However, I've managed to get some great clearance deals with The Finish Line, but generally not with their competitors. Today was not one of those days. While they had a couple of sales on Brooks running shoes overall, it looked mostly as though they were trying to clear out the non-mainstream colour combinations. The same model shoe but in a muted or conservative colour scheme was full price. I'm sure they have to do more with Nike, Adidas, and Reebok because most stores will have those. Over the years, I've found that The Finish Line has shirts and other gear on good sales, but you have to keep up with their weekly sales and impromptu mark downs. Two of the staffers asked to help me and one stayed quite a while to discuss things. Surprisingly, there was no high pressure, although they asked repeatedly if I'd like to try something. They were both pleasant, thankfully, which isn't all that common in my experience.
