This was fun crawling around on the floor and digging through the clothes. I ended up finding two bags worth. I got there about fifteen minutes after they opened. I had been in prior to this sale. I remember they had a lot of smaller sizes and I could not really wear them at that point. The price point is not bad and although it says it is a vintage shop some of the items are newer and not really vintage. I am sure I will stop in again to check them out.

(cashiers never have their own registers). Bobbi is working as an employee here but giving the most unpleasant and unprofessional experiences to customers.. The entire time I was in this store she was yelling, throwing things at customers, making people uncomfortable, being rude and obnoxious towards everyone shopping. I got my things and left to check out because of her behavior. she sadly was my cashier, I walked up started taking my hangers out (to make her life easier, sometimes a good customer can change your mood ya know?.) she got crappy with me for taking them off the clothes I picked off the hangers . I didn't say anything at all, just sat them down, she then tried to put in rewards and the computer was slow, which pissed her off. Then when I gave her my gift card she threw it back at me about 4 times (she couldn't get it to scan because she was doing something wrong.), Since she couldn't get it to scan she was refusing to use it, so I asked for a manager because I just got it and hadn't even left the store yet and I had a receipt proving the gift card had funds, she then started cussing and threatening to fight me for the gift card not working & asking for a manager. She then followed me outside to try to assault me,screaming slander, being very hostile. She also admitted she was stealing clothes and wearing them without paying. (No wonder prices went up, your own employees steal donations).. I did absolutely nothing but try to resolve the issue until she tried to punch me, so I called her a bitch. I admit I shouldn't have done said that, but she was treating me poorly , harassing and trying to assault me and refusing management. And doing so to multiple other customers, who then left not buying anything. Management on duty did absolutely nothing, she was screaming loud enough the entire store was watching and management never came.. She refused to give me my receipt after i had paid also. If you want to check the camera footage of this is at 1:00pm on 4/9/25 Someone like this should never work in customer service. Never had anything like this happen before. I'm shook, disappointed and will never go back if she is working for you. I spend a lot of money at the south side location in Muncie on E 29th & NEVER have issues. The women there are lovely and sweet.

They had so many wonderful books and they were very well organized. The manager saw how many books I was buying (ended up being 68) and gave me a price break. Instead of $1.50 per hardback book he only charged me $1.25. It was greatly appreciated. I also bought a big picture that was on display at the front of the store. The store seemed to be well organized. I didn't really look at the clothes since I was looking for books. But I will be back. The employees were super friendly. I was greeted by several different employees. Great experience. And I love that the money they take in supports the Muncie Mission.

I do realize business overhead, paying employees, and services yall provide. But the entire idea of selling to accommodate lower income families has disappeared. Often brand new items can be found as cheap or cheaper now. It has become defeating. Especially knowing what is not sold goes in dumps or given to other countries anyway. Its not like you are going to run out of inventory... Moving (selling for less) more inventory within the community makes more sense. Just my opinion.

They have valued making more money than selling the items for cheaply. It's not like they are paying for the items that they sell, so they could definitely make items cheaper for the poor people. Some might say they would need more money for operation coasts and we all know that is bunk. I would find a new place to donate to. I will never donate to Goodwill until they get their priorities straight.
