My order (#6566127464) went out for delivery and the carrier you guys use decides to throw all my cloths and shoes out in the rain! No knock no nothing just left my vans soaking in the rain! Can't get my shoes replace because you guys are out of stock! The reason why I brought them was cause they were on sale and had my size! Kohls can't accommodate me on a different pair of vans but wants to give me a refund! I just wanted my shoes that I waited for and got all wet because of your mess up! I will not be buying or using you guys again! No accountability from this company! They just want your money and don't care how they treat you!! Not the best hot topic I've seen…read more I really enjoy going to this place for TADC, and it was great at first, but slowly declined. I could tell that it wasn't going to be awesome. As I have seen other hot topics will have more merchandise than this one. My service hasn't been horrible but it's not the best. One time me and my sister went there and they had two Digital Circus shirts there, and they were both in the last chance rack. The only thing they have here now are just squishes. Even those aren't that great, $10 for 1, and the quality isn't that great. I have the Pomni and Jax one, and the pomni already had stress marks on it, and Jax looks like a dead grape after you squeeze it once. I wish they could leave the Muncie Mall and open in one of these closed stores all over the place.
