I called fedex who said it would be delivered the next day. Unfortunately, fedex told me the same story everyday. I finally went to the store where Nick got involved trying to help me. He got the same run around from fedex that I got. By this time I was getting worried that I wasn't going to get this in time for Christmas but Nick and the store manager talked and drove to Bloomington to make sure my son had his Christmas gift. I just want to thanks these guys for making sure our Christmas wasn't ruined.

Now I'm in a small Indiana town and Dick's is about the only sporting goods store. Went in there today to look at at coolers - there were two whole display shelves of Igloo coolers without prices. I looked around at a few other items and the same - no prices. Apparently it's a "Dick's Thing" to put merchandise out without prices. And I'm not talking just a few things - entire displays, etc. Has anyone ever stopped to think about "customer experience?"

I try to stop at all Goodwill locations I pass because you never know what you will find. I still did find some t-shirts I liked and a coat. Out of season for a coat but that makes the selection better in my opinion. There was a pair of shoes that I liked in the store also but I am unwilling to pay $15 in a Goodwill for a pair of shoes, my max is $9.99. I have to set limits somewhere. I did not take a look at the home decor in this Goodwill as I was short on time and I will stop in another time to take a look at their selection of jeans although I really do not need any of them. 3 stars because it wasn't bad just watch the pricing and be prepared to try things on in the aisles as there are no dressing rooms in any Central Indiana Goodwills.

Otherwise, wether you bring in your worn cheapie items or brand new in the box items, they will give you the same amount. As I have seen other hot topics will have more merchandise than this one. My service hasn't been horrible but it's not the best. One time me and my sister went there and they had two Digital Circus shirts there, and they were both in the last chance rack. The only thing they have here now are just squishes. Even those aren't that great, $10 for 1, and the quality isn't that great. I have the Pomni and Jax one, and the pomni already had stress marks on it, and Jax looks like a dead grape after you squeeze it once. I wish they could leave the Muncie Mall and open in one of these closed stores all over the place.
