I had bought two gallons of paint and the lid want secure on one of them and as I was pushing my cart to the lot the lid came off of the can and spilled all over my clothes and shoes and transportation. I didn't make a commotion to it I just simply walked back into the store and the woman was very helpful and concerned and even replaced the can of paint that spilled. She took my information and asked management if there was any way I could at least get in store credit. nd the manager responded, "No. I'm going to do anything like that. That was his fault that happened. How were we supposed to know the lid wasn't on right. He should have checked it for himself." So not only did I ruin a $300 pair of shoes, a new shirt and shorts, and had to get my ride repainted, but i was blamed for the lose lid. During my April visit there were more security guards walking the mall than customers. The guards were not nice either. When snapping a pic they said it was prohibited. However no signs. The only nice popular stores have departed. No longer a theater is attached. So many mistakes have occurred with management. The Muncie Mall has a long way to go to recover and I'm not optimistic they will. I grew up going to the mall and it's distressing to see its demise. The mall was once the place to shop and be seen as a teen. Now the selection of items is all but gone. I see no reason to return. 1.5 rounding down.

Finally, I found this place. The store has great parking out front. The aisles are large and easy to navigate. There are so many different types of dealers that everyone is sure to find a treasure. I was looking for furniture. Not only did I find exactly what I was looking for, but the prices were extremely affordable for the quality represented. I found several accent tables and nightstands. I even found a lovely small sideboard that was solid wood. I also found a great set of nesting tables for $59.99. I was amazed since I have bought a set at wholesale price in the past and paid close to $150 for them. Darion was super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. As said, I purchased a number of larger pieces and wanted to fit them all into my vehicle. Darion took the time to help me load them and reload them in my car until we were able to fit most of them in. She was willing to keep trying different ways to get it all in. She definitely went above and beyond. Without her help I would have had to get someone to come help me load my car since the pieces were too bulky and heavy to do it alone. She was AMAZING!!!!!! I look forward to coming in on a regular basis since these types of stores have constantly revolving stock. If you see something you like, buy it, because it will be gone the next time you come in.
