Migraine-inducing chemical air fresheners placed everywhere. Tightly packed rows of racks trigger claustrophobia and are hard to navigate. The racks are packed tightly too, so hard to flip through. Some of the clothes look too worn out, even for a consignment store. Very few shoes, not much jewelry. Very Midwestern styles. Closed on Sundays and no evening hours.

I took it back today to see what they would do and the new manager looked it up to see what I bought and said it was packaged wrong and tried to make me pay for it. And said he couldn't return an open bottle. He said it would be illegal. It wasn't my fault, why should I have to pay for it. I won't be returning to this store.
