After others started coming 9:00 they opened I never been there before so I was waiting for them to open the door, the first car got out then me then the third car,the third car beat me to the door. When we got in an ice gentleman let the worker know that I was second(this customer was a regular) the man that cut in front of me a woman let it be know that he wasn't second, the worker still took him in front of me and made a joke when it was my turn that I was second and said they had a lot of help they will get us out quickly (very professiona). Not only did he do his truck, but found out later he did a couple that came after the gentleman that spoke up for me. I asked at 12:15 how much longer for the Kia optima he said 45 more min, I then had my son come and wait I left. From 8:15am to 12:45 is when they finally finished. Never Ever Again.
