This business got a 1 star review from me because I took my 2013 Chevy Malibu to have 5% tint applied to my windows. I paid $200 for them to leave bubbles under the tint and scratches on the tint when they applied it. I have contacted the owner on 3 occasions, the first he acted like I was stupid and the other 2 times he has failed to reply. There are cheaper and better quality options out there. read more

I want to be fair in representing my experience for others to consider when making their own choices. I contacted Trent, received a quote and decided to go forward with window tint and application of protective paint film. The tint was fine but the paint film was a disaster. When the installer arrived to do both he said he has never done paint film but it should be fine. After a couple hours he gave up and said he couldn't do it and thought it needed to be a 2 person job, and they would be in touch. We worked out another appointment to get this done and the same guy was sent back by himself (well kind of - at first I thought the woman who was with him was the helper but later it think she was a girl friend or wife since she was just hanging out at my house). We had talked about doing the work on a Friday afternoon once their new material arrived but by the time the installer arrived it was around 6:30 in the evening. He worked on it for a couple hours and when he came to get me and say he was done he mentioned it all turned out pretty well except for one of the mirrors. I looked at the mirror in question and the film was wrinkled and sticking out. I told him that wasn't going to work for me and needed to be removed and fixed. He told me whatever I did the best I could. Things as you can imagine went downhill from there. On looking further at my vehicle the film was not correctly installed pretty much all over. I talked to Trent again who said it was apparent they couldn't do the work. He offered to remove the bad film but after talking with my insurance and based on the prior evidence of inexperience with the product we raised concerns about potential damage to the finish and how to ensure if that did occur it would be taken care of. I sent all the information to Trent including how to ensure I was protected or the option for me to get the new company who would install the protective film correctly to remove the bad film but despite being highly communicative while arranging the initial sale I haven't heard anything back. I can't speak for anyone else's experience but mine was not good at all and since life it too short for hassles like this turned out to be not to mention despite promises to do the right thing and resolve things the additional costs i incurred I would suggest using someone else. read more
