She asked me if I thought the treatment was working and I told her that I did not see an improvement yet. At that point, she became confrontational. I expressed that it is just my opinion and that I still hoped to see an improvement. I told her I did not mean to upset her and not to take it personally. However, she got defensive. Then she rushed through my treatment and had a negative attitude the whole time. I guess once they get your money-they don't care. I wont ever be back. I was planning to come back for facials since it is conveniently located but now I will take my business (and money) elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.
