I paid as self-pay after my appointment was done at around 12:50 pm. Not even 3 hours later I got a call saying they would immediately refund a portion of it because they had forgotten to apply the self payment discount, and to excuse them. If they had not called, I would have never realized this had happened. We're all human and mistakes happen!! All I have to say is I appreciate honest and ethical people, thank you to Dr. Meeks, the front office ladies and the nursing staff!!

I have gone to their offices twice in the past 10 years and am reminded recently why I stopped the first time and why I will not plan to go back. The people on the phones are rude and even argumentative of things they should not even be addressing. Customer service is not that of a place I want to be involved with. There are too many options for places to go instead.

Disappointing Service and Overcharging…read more After being loyal patients of Dermatology Associates of NE Georgia for over a decade, we were extremely disappointed by our recent visit. The office treated three of us in one room and wrapped up the appointment in just 15 minutes. Despite this, we were charged both new office and regular office fees for each person, even though we were all seen together. When I called to discuss the billing, no one answered the first time. During my second call, I spoke with someone who said they would talk to their manager and get back to me--but I never heard back. It's frustrating when a medical business is unwilling to work with you on overcharging, and getting any resolution is impossible. This experience was a huge letdown, and we'll never be using their services again.

I got a terribly painful and nasty infection and I had to go to family doctor twice and get antibiotic at pharmacy. When the infection burst it was a TON of yellowish/brown infection and 1 tablet which had not dissolved at all. YES, I kept it and put in baggie and took to this office. I was there for blood-work just a week after that happened, so since I had gotten infection (due to them) I asked to talk to one of the 4 Doctors that work there. She started off by saying "well, the human body sometimes doesn't absorb things the way it should"...!!! SO let me get this straight, 4-5 months after inserting 8 tablets into my body and 7 dissolved completely, but 1 did not dissolve at all, and that has ANYTHING to do with my bodies absorption ability??????? I cut her off at that point because I am not real keen on being lied to, especially by a Doctor who swore an oath. I asked for at minimum a Credit for the $100+ I had spent going to my family Doctor twice and paying for antibiotic at pharmacy, but rather than giving me a Credit for the $100 I spent (I also spent gas, time off work, etc...) they instead sent me a letter in the mail saying I am no longer welcome there as a patient... That was fine as I was 100% leaving anyway, but this place is the least professional medical facility I have ever had the misfortune of going to. I strongly recommend you go ANYWHERE else but here.

I have received two facials so far, and I am looking forward to the next.
