I took my 2015 Dodge Grand caravan to go get an oil change, they told me the price was $59.99 (which includes the filter for most cars) for a semi synthetic blend. I have never been charged for a special filter before... Until today! In addition to whatever percentage of the oil change price included the filter, they claimed that my filter was an additional $15! When I questioned the price, the kid told me that it was at their cost with a slight 20 to 30% markup. I called them out on that, but they said that's what the cost was to them. Imagine my surprise when I get home and look it up, my oil filter from Amazon is $5.80 with subscribe and save... $6.44 if I wanted to buy it immediately. So I'm certain that the company doesn't pay more than $3 for my filter and the $15 up charge was unscrupulous business practices if not exploitively sexist behavior because... That's at least a 200% mark-up if purchased from Amazon but probably a 400-500% mark-up with wholesale pricing! My husband went to get an oil change with them the other week, he owns a Dodge Journey. While his oil filter cost $2+ more than mine cost, they did not charge him a extra $15 claiming that his filter was more expensive than the usual one. I am used to paying for one additional quart of oil (most places $5-$7 extra), because my car uses 6 quarts... Come to find out that they charge $9 for one additional quart of oil. Their conduct is absolutely unethical and questionablr if even legal...

Why would you put that in an add that it did when clearly it did not! I was told that one jack had a line plugged because it leaked. Come to find out ALL four jacks had been welded solid so that NONE of them worked! The list of inaccuracies goes on and on! The real issue was the paper work. When I left the dealership, I wasnt sure I had the paperwork, but the salesman said not to worry if I didnt have it he would email it too me the next day. When I discovered I didnt have it, he stalled for several days in providing it to me. The top paragraph of the contract stated if I was not satisfied, I could return the motorhome for a full refund within 10 days, but I did not receive a copy of the contract until the 10 days had passed! The dealer is still stalling in making things right. I have asked to be compensated $7,000 for four new jacks, and the missing washer/dryer, which believe is reasonable. I will probably have to take further action to be made whole for his failures! I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone!

Buddy, Louis, and Cole are very knowledgeable. Buddy usually is the main mechanic on the 944 and appreciate his honesty. Cost of repair is a lot better than you will find at competitive shops. I would avoid the "TD" shop as the cost of repair is unreasonable and was found at Mack Motorwerks the recent repair at the other shop was never done. It's a money grab and wish I never went there from day one. I've been a Porsche owner for some time and took both my cars at the prior "TD" shop and only wish I could have spent that money at Mack Motorwerks. I'm surprised to see a negative review on here...
