At 730, I got a call to let me know they had problems with their truck and would be there between 10-11. At 1130, I called and spoke to the owner letting him know nobody had shown up yet. He told me he messed up and would be another couple hours. This was now becoming an all day appointment for my client so I asked for a small discount for her inconvenience. He declined any discount at all claiming he doesn't make money on these jobs. I would have been happy with $50 off the $700 job but he declined to do anything to make up for his mistake. I understand that mistakes happen but it would be nice of him to offer some concession to show he values his customer's time. Definitely a poor experience for me.

Not only that they were honest where as another Septic Company gave us a Bid for 32k for a supposed collapsed septic system and a hefty $650 fee for supposed camera that detected all of that. What a Line of B.S. that was. Thankfully, we were taking bids and these folks, Low and Behold found after further review, it wasn't a collapsed septic system just a 10' damaged pipe. Wow !!!
