No hard feelings, no bad reviews, I should have been more persistent but hey life was busy and I trusted they could take care of things. Anyways- Fast forward to may 29, 2024 I get a very aggressive call telling me to pick up my rug and pay at this point i had already replaced the rug. (I was told it was lost!). He yelled at me and wasn't very nice. I would have happily came and picked up the rug had he asked, maybe offered a significant discount or not charged me at all for their mistake and was apologetic for this huge mishap on their end. It's not like people were banging down the dry cleaners door to get service... I just happened to pull in and didn't see a sign that said dry cleaners only. The old guy goes out to my car and takes a picture. I see him and I go into his establishment and said " did you take a picture of my car" and he said "yes ". and I said "why did you do that" and he said "because I can.".....He then took his hand and waved me out of his store.
