Came back the next day with the crew. Super efficient. Very respectful and kind. I was obviously upset about the tree and Patricio was amazing. Overall, amazing service. Got a quote on some other trees that were making me nervous and was very pleased with the amount. On the day of my appointment I met Milton and Raphael who promptly arrived at the time of my appointment. They made sure I understood the process as well (i.e, stump grinding and how it is handled by a third party who will come on a later date, how they planned on removing the trees, etc.) they're very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable! You can tell Milton has A LOT of experience and reliable references. The great part of Milton being so knowledgeable is the way he explained everything for me (who knows nothing about trees or tree service) he made it so easily for me to understand. On the day of removal they arrived promptly, Raphael knocked on my door to let me know they were going to begin the job. I HAVE NEVER WATCHED SUCH AN AMAZING PROCESS IN ALL MY YEARS OF LIVING. I allowed they to drop the trees on my yard for a faster process, and my goodness was it fast! They roped up the first tree, dropped it and while some of the crew was working on the fallen tree, the rest started roping the next tree. Both of my large trees were down faster than I anticipated. Clean up was beautiful, and thorough to me, they went above and beyond. For them, that's the service that every client should receive and deserves. The saying you get what you pay for rings true for A-Plus, and their name is the service they provide, A-Plus! Stump grinding was scheduled for two days later, and they did a great job as well. What you need to know: * HONEST * PUNCTUAL * KIND AND GENUINE STAFF * KNOWLEDGEABLE * PROFESSIONAL * WORTH EVERY PENNY. I would never hire another tree service company and I wouldn't recommend anyone else other than A-Plus they are truly amazing.

I highly recommend them. Milton and his crew removed about 7 trees, raised the canopy of 1 and trimmed 1, plus stump grinding. They were reasonable, but most importantly they listened to what we needed, offered a professional opinion, provided a detailed estimate, and we received great customer service. They took care to protect our yard as much as they could. I would use then again. Some of the others we contacted were arrogant, too pricey, or couldn't provide a detailed estimate. The canopies were very low, lots of broken and dead limbs, and we had a few trees that were so overgrown that they were against the house and roof. The initial walkthrough was with Chase Hartman, a Certified Arborist. We looked at every tree on my property and discussed what could be done to it to raise the canopy, thin it out, check for damage and disease, and make sure it's healthy and will continue to flourish. At the end of the walk, they were going to limb up and thin out six huge trees in my front yard, take down a pine and oak that had grown together and were way too close to my home, take down six dead Leyland Cyprus and two huge pine trees that if they fell, would crush my home. A week later, the crew arrived with two trucks, a bobcat loader, a chipper, and eight very experienced crew. They sized up the access to the property, spoke with my neighbors to ask to use their driveways to get to my backyard, and went to work. It was incredible to watch professionals practice their craft! They systematically worked on the two large pines in the backyard by climbing the tree and cutting limbs as they went up. Piling up the limbs to be pulled away by the bobcat to the chipped. Within two hours, both large pines were gone, and work started on the cypress, which they made quick work of. They arrived at eight AM and left at one-thirty PM. Professional from start to finish. They protected my yard, my neighbors' yards, and systematically, cleanly dropped ten trees and cleaned/limbed up six trees. From the first walkthrough to the final stump grinding a week after the tree work, excellent communications, great service, extremely professional and friendly. My new Arborist and Tree service for my home!

They were priced competitively, took care of the permitting, and got the work done in a timely manner. Beyond that, they cleaned up after themselves and had our property looking immaculate afterwards. Anyone visiting us the next day would've never known that we just had a giant tree cut down. There was some oil spillage on our paved alley/driveway from a chainsaw that broke while cutting down the tree, and Northside provided us with a free power wash to take care of the problem. Northside does excellent work and I recommend them if you need a tree taken down.
