Love this spot! Only been here twice and both times were for the derby event. Large outdoor patio greenhouse so prefect outdoor seating all year round. They always have it decorated so cute for the occasion. Ordered some cucumber tea sandwiches and they were pretty good. Delicious cocktails too but pricey. The servers are always pleasant and seem to be having fun during the event.

Great customer service, I ordered their Myanmar Habanero Margarita and rosemary French fries . I loved them both . They have pretty high prices for Portland . Compare to SF ( where I live ) they have the same price . While I was in Portland I went to some other bars and they had cheaper prices.

A quaint and charming pub on a popular street. I am sure many come for the beer or the extensive whiskey list. But, we just came for a late dinner. We split the Brussel sprouts, green beans, and curry mussels. The brussel sprouts were crispy and the green beans a delicious flavor but the curry mussels were unlike any mussels I have had. The curry sauce had a bit of a kick but not overwhelming and the perfectly baked baguette that accompanies the dish was the ideal vessel for soaking up the flavory extra sauce. I highly recommend stopping in for a quick bite.

The customer service is OK. This is more of a place that you would go on for a first date or if you just wanted to hang out and have a drink the food options are very limited in specific to a certain type of eater. There was nothing that caught my attention. The patio is nice because you can bring your pet.

I'm sad to see the food quality go down so hard. Hair in the salad. Pasta was not as advertised on the menu and tasted like nothing. My friend's "gyro" came on the saddest bun I've ever seen. I understand times are hard... but, pick a lane. If you wanna go cheap and have bar food just do that. The food used to be good. Waitress/bartender was 10/10. Drinks were great.

Banh Mi French Dip - meh. It was good but too much spicy sauce which drowned out the other textures. Would only order again in a pinch. Calamari appetizer - very fishy and salty. Luckily I didn't order since I could only eat one piece. Green beans appetizer - light, crisp and refreshing. Had peanut butter flavor. Would definitely order again. BBQ wings appetizer - didn't have but looked good! Moscow Mule - good but small drink. Waiter was nice enough but extremely low vibe. It was odd. They messed up on two orders (ran out) but offered to replace it with something else. Sit out back on a warm summer's day vs the dingy inside. This increased the score from 2.5 to 3 stars. I will only come back here if not by choice.

This is a really nice spot to hang out in Portland that isn't too crowded. From the front it looks deceivingly dark and cramped, but just through the hall to the back there's a beautiful patio (tables are comfortably spaced out!) with a few TVs which is nice if there's a good game going on. The employees were friendly and the service was prompt. I ordered the burger with a single patty, which came with a side of fries. If you have a preference for how your meat is cooked, let your server know; ours didn't ask and the patties came medium-well. The food was good, not mind-blowing by any means, but the service and ambiance made North 45 a positive experience overall! Will be back :)

This is probably the WORST food I've ever had after being in Portland for 6 years. I got the banh mi French dip. The pho soup straight up looks like dish water, and it tastes HORRIBLE. If you wanna experience how having COVID feels like, try this soup. You can't taste anything. There is no flavor AT ALL. At least put some sugar in there! The banh mi doesn't taste quite right either. The picture shows how much I love the food. That's exactly how much I wasted. I guess the Caesar salad is ok. My date didn't finish it though. I asked for the sweetest cocktail, and the server recommended this new one on their menu (that I totally forgot the name) that is not really sweet. Well, maybe my taste is different than hers, so I don't blame her. They do have decent drinks. The only good thing we had was this Rosemary Garlic Fries. They are good enough for me to give them an extra star.

Their tap list is extensive but also includes non-standard options. We love to see non-alcoholic beers as well as gluten free beer, cider, cocktails, and other libations. The food menu is great too. There are several items that either come gluten free or can be modified to be. The servers are knowledgeable about the ingredients of the menu items and I feel confident and safe eating here when gluten free is a need for me. They can get pretty crowded, but have several seating options. It was nice out today so outdoor seating was even possible, though it looked like there was a wait. There are tvs in several spots that showcase local sports when possible. There is a kids area and you can sit close while the kids play. Everyone we come in contact with here from servers to hosts are super friendly and welcoming. The food is pretty good. This time around, we shared the garlic Parmesan fries and the chicken wings (buffalo and honey gojuchang sauces). The wings were smoked and moist with good flavor. The fries were alright. More of the aioli would have helped so maybe request extra sauce or get some on the side. The dessert menu has some non-traditional offerings. The highlight for me was the cheesecake. I was assured by a server one time that the chef creates a gluten free cheesecake that rotates on the seasonal dessert menu. The current offering is tiramisu. The coffee chocolate sauce is good and I appreciated the bonus chocolate chip biscotti. The actual cheesecake is decent and I would be excited to try other flavors in the future.

You can play board games here if no one's home is big enough for your group (their website says they no longer book the conference room for board games, but you can game there if it's not reserved). There's a few games in the upstairs green room closet. On a Sunday afternoon, there were plenty of spots open, but it is not dead either. Theres a variety of seating to suit all body types and preferences. First floor is wheelchair accessible. The upstairs bathroom has ducks on the ceiling so that's worth a visit alone. The blueberry rooibos iced tea is delicious and you add your own sweetener at the drink station. It literally feels like hanging out at a friend's house. Worth popping in if you haven't been. We got the pizza with artichoke hearts, mozzarella, ricotta, garlic, and basil. It was super flavorful and the dough was delicious, especially the crust. We also tried the catfish po' boy. It was a little salty, but the fish itself was cooked really well and the sauce was tasty. The spring mix salad with cranberries, slivered almonds, and feta was good too, though I personally would've liked a better toppings-to-lettuce ratio.
