One of the dealerships did not take me seriously since I was an out of state buyer, the second dealership wanted me to fly to Texas to sign paperwork, the third dealership said dealing with CA registration is a hassle...needles to say I was getting discouraged and was about to settle for a truck in CA. I was transferred to Jimmy in sales, who confirmed that the truck was available and that they would be happy to sell me a truck! Car buying can be a pain when in person, but I was thinking that it would be even more painful over the phone. But that was NOT the case. Jimmy made the the process very smooth, from negotiating a price, to receiving the paperwork to sign and send back, to making sure my truck got on the transport truck safely. This RV has a standard Chevy small block engine--not difficult to work on or to find parts for. When I was finally able to drive it out, backfiring, sputtering, and not picking up speed, I brought it to a good mechanic. There, I was informed that the block was no good. When I tried to contact Sadler's, I was told to call someone else, then my calls went unanswered. The quality of work was so poor, that I had several other mechanics work on it just so I could get it home. Now, I can no longer use my RV which is very critical to the work I do. This mechanic has single handedly destroyed my life due to his incompetence. He also replaced good parts on my engine with cheap, after market parts, and parts that were incorrect.

Decided to have my car towed to another shop. Once there it was discovered that B&B mechanics took out my spark plugs and disconnected all kinds of hoses. All of which didnt need to be done for what was wrong with the car, an evap purge valve. The second shop had to fix what the B&B mechanics did in retaliation of us removing my car from their shop before they could fix the initial problem. B&B quoted 1500.00 to fix my car. Burdicks Auto Solutions in McKinney had my car for two days and have my car fixed and cost me 1350.00 to fix the damage that was done by B&B, fix the puge valve, and gave me an oil change. Of course my husband was stern in his interaction with the staff at B&B but never cussed or screamed. Once things were resolved in the office, he went outside to his truck contact AAA to get the tow truck in route. Two of B&B mechanics came out to his truck and threatened to beat him down. Totally unacceptable behavior all the way around. I highly suggest you dont use this shop for anything. All of this would have been avoided had they just called us to keep us in the loop of what was going on with my car.

The shop "forgot" $100 of labor on the first estimate for the Accord and then their repair did not fix the problem. When my son called to let them know they told him they would call him the next day. They did not. Three days later they finally say they have fixed the problem and I "only" need to pay for the part. On the Civic we had the same problem with the estimate being "under" and it was not fixed, either. I won't be going back EVER. If I could give no stars I would.
