Had a broken belt on my ram truck and they checked it out and said my a/c was broken and needed whole new unit $4500 and for some reason I didn't believe them so I went to Grayson County Diesel and found out my a/c was not broken and I needed a new alternator instead something that Texas Diesel replaced in February and it was still in warranty. So if you go there just be careful about what they say is wrong with your vehicle you have been warned

Poor customer service, poor workmanship, and misleading customers. I have been here for the same…read morefew issues 8 times over the past 6 months and my issues are still not resolved. Every time I come back; they say they forgot a specific item during the previous visit, even after I always double check with them prior to leaving the shop. I'm currently in need to return for my 9th visit for an item that was supposedly fixed 2 weeks ago, but now they stated they never actually fixed the problem properly, so they will if I bring it back one more time. They are very misleading about using new parts vs. remanufactured parts, their invoices say new on parts that are actually remanufactured. I discovered this after parts were already installed because one of the mechanics accidentally made the comment while looking at the truck. I was told the remanufactured parts would be swapped for new ones, and this never happened, I was lied to. I have multiple inspection reports and repair invoices that do not match, they mention needed repairs but don't show where they were ever actually completed, I only had this by word of mouth which is why I am now ensuring I get everything in writing from them.

This is a big "Thank You" to the guys at Bells Quality AutoCare…read more I wanted to spread the word about a couple of great people that helped us out in a time of need. It is not often you meet people this nice. We were on our way to a friend's place near Bonham when a tire on our trailer blew out. Being close to an exit, we slowly made our way off US 82 looking for a safe place to change the flat. We pulled over into an extra wide shoulder area on US 69. The guys at Bells Quality AutoCare came across US 69 to check on us and had us pull over into their parking area. They quickly changed our flat for us and even aired up the trailer tires to boot! They would not accept anything for their trouble... they just said that they hoped that someone would help them out if they were in need of help. How often in today's world do you find someone that generous? So, guys thank you very much and we wish you only the best!!!
