After Drew picked up my vehicle on April 1st 2026 he had it towed to his shop which he was supposed to do repairs on my vehicle.. he had stated that since the parts was going to be so much we can go through Sunbit to make payment. So we went through Sunbit I thought everything was going good and then all of a sudden Drew started ghosting me! I had called and text called and text with no response. When I did finally get in contact with Drew he told me that the city had shut him down and that they could not work on vehicles until they went to court. I asked him if they do not get to open back up what will he do with my vehicle he told me that he would move my vehicle and work on it somewhere else since they are mobile mechanics I stated okay fine. Days go by hitting Drew up and he does not respond so now I'm asking him since you are basically ignoring me and refusing to do my car and I'm not hearing back from you can you please give me a refund of my money and put my car back together no response from Drew. I had ended up calling the city and the police on Drew which both of them told me that this is not the first time he has done this to somebody and for me to press charges on him. Officer McClaren told me he would go speak to Drew and let him know to put my car back together so I can get it towed either to another shop or home and for him to let me know when he did it. I never heard from drew. I ended up texting him asking him has he fixed my car and put everything back together the way it originally was when he got it..there was so many parts missing from my car when I went to go check on my car during the time he was ghosting me! When I pulled up to his shop (I have videos to prove it) there was so many things missing from my car..I popped the hood and the whole inside of my car was missing the black BMW transfer case,(the thing that covers the engine)the engine everything was gone! There was still some tools connected to my vehicle that Drew was using to take the car apart..when I popped my trunk the housing or the cover that covers the battery that's in the trunk was gone too! I don't know why they was in my trunk I had asked Drew has he replaced and put my car together with all the original pieces and back together like how it was given to him he never responded to that!! When he did finally respond all he said was "it's been put back together, I don't have your number anymore!" So I asked him what's up with all the pieces that was missing from the car. No response! I asked him was my key still stuck in my car because he had the keys stuck in the vehicle he stayed that the key was stuck in there because the battery was dead so I asked him did you put the housing back over the battery no response! I also wrote him and asked him to refund me my money since he lied to the cops and told officer McClaren that he told me he needed more money so I told him to stop working on the vehicle which is a lie! I also told him that he told the officer that he was going to refund me my money I was out over $1,000. He had lied to Sunbit and told them he didn't owe me a refund cause the services had been completed..I had to show all of our text message thread and the police report in order to get my money back but now my credit is messed up due to this! Now I'm out of a car and time! I'm getting my car towed home and hopefully all my pieces will be there I'm going today to check and see but I highly doubt it's how I gave it to him since he ignored me when I asked him that! Horrible service and customer service! He's a scammer and now I'm thinking he wanted to just steal the parts to my car and sell them, cause why ignore me when you've had my car for months?? Why ignore certain questions asked?? It's giving scammer and I would advise not to work with Drew at all!! I have texts and pics and videos to prove EVERYTHING so he can't say this review is a lie!!!!!!

The 1st service listed on Yelp under services is steering and suspension. Good, most of his reviews were ok as I also needed body work. Took my car there and asked if they could repair EVERYTHING. The owner Bob, assured me he could. Doesn't accept credit cards should've been my 1st clue. Paid $2k cash deposit to begin. Paid another $2k for motor mounts that Bob conveniently missed during the quote. Then paid another $2k to get back the vehicle. Yep, $6k total. As I was driving the now "repaired car" there was an extremely loud grinding noise with my suspension and steering. Yes, the reason I paid for the repair. Bob's solution was it needed an alignment. Needless to say, it wasn't the alignment. Here's what I had to pay a separate mechanic $1,300 to repair subsequently. the CV Axel, wheel hub and bearings and new control arm. When I confronted Bob, his argument was they only did body work. Bob's Yelp Page lists several services. Don't, just DO NOT FALL FOR HIS BS! I'LL BE CALLING THE BBB and local news to report all this. To make a tough situation even worse, the air conditioner was knocked out and made driving unbearable in the Texas summer. After dealing with frustrating and unhelpful repair shops, and being told that there was no availability until end of August (apparently due to hail storm damage from earlier this year), I found Schnitker Body Repair. From the moment I called, Bob was very helpful and worked with me through the process. He met with the insurance adjuster and spent a good amount of time going through the details of the needed repairs, ensuring that everything was covered. When I spoke with the insurance adjuster afterwards, he even made a comment about how good of a guy Bob was in making sure the estimate was fair and thorough. I thought that was a really cool thing to hear. The damage ended up being pretty extensive but Bob made sure that the smallest details were taken care of and I can honestly say that my car looks as good as new - you can't even tell that anything happened to it!
