Work began around that time but was not resolved until May 4th, nearly a month past the original deadline. Even at that point, the issues were significant: the entire right side of the car was not functioning correctly, the DSP inputs were configured wrong, and the speakers were installed in the wrong locations (higher-quality drivers belong in the front doors...). Scheduling delays, largely on DJ's end, pushed things to May 4th, at which point I sought a second opinion. The new shop walked me through the deficiencies in detail and made clear what had been done incorrectly, including a stripped bolt connecting the seat to the floor. Given that I had already paid a substantial sum for substandard work, they were professional and transparent throughout the process and had it done in two days.

I've sent four vehicles to them over five years and their quality gets worse every time. They did…read morefantastic on my first vehicle, and not so good the second time (few issues but got the job done), couldn't figure out what to charge because they didn't know what hardware they installed third time. This last time required multiple trips to fix the things they should have delivered the first time (a full list of rookie mistakes). They wanted to either drill into my A pillars or epoxy the tweeters because it was "not easy" to get to the factory locations (epoxy or drill?!?! In a Bentley?!?!). Tons of rattles, dash trim was hanging loose, they openly admitted they knew about a whining noise after I confronted them, rear trim was hanging loose, sub knob was hanging by the wire because they couldn't figure out where to mount. They constantly try to nickle and dime you in the middle of the install saying the original parts won't work or blame problems on parts so they can upsell. Employee revved the engine when bringing it around. I had to tell them multiple times "if you're not done, just say so". Been in multiple times and still rattles like crazy despite paying for tons of sound deadening. When confronted his response was "well it doesn't rattle with my music" instead of trying to get to the root of the problem. If you don't want to the work, just say it, don't waste my time and money! Avoid them if you want any type of quality work.

Today, if you are driving a car from the last few decades? You will need modules to make your car stereo compatible with all the different computer systems in your vehicle. Be aware of this, no matter where you buy your stereo from. Also, if you have a quality head unit from the factory, amplifier(s) can normally be hooked up to them. Rock on!

Definitely going to avoid these guys.

I recently had a complete stereo system installed in my 2019 Toyota Tundra including the Alpine deck, 10 speakers in the doors and dash, 2 subwoofers w/box, 2 Amps, XM radio, Dynamat on all 4 doors and rear wall, front bumper camera, and all the wiring to make it work. Originally, I planned on installing it all myself and had purchased the all the items but later changed my mind after I realized how much work it was. That's when I looked up Bonnie & Clyde's and made an appointment for install. I spoke with Mason, the owner, and his brother about what I wanted and handed them the keys. Their senior installer handled my install start to finish and did an amazing job with everything. The finished product was immaculate; no cables were visible, everything fit right, and the vehicle still looked stock which was awesome. We sat in the truck for a test run of the new system and I gotta say...WOW! It sounds INCREDIBLE! Everything is tuned to perfection and I couldn't be happier. These guys really know their stuff. I plan on having the team at Bonnie & Clyde's do some work on my other vehicle in the near future.
