Jan got me started on pedi & mani with diligent young lady- was great! By 1:12pm Jan was finally ready to cut my hair after shampooing, $15 eyebrow wax that she talked me into, & finally voila, a $55 10-min haircut with no layers nor shape. I asked for side bangs 3 times & each time was met with resistance. "I don't want to cut too short" I gave up after the third ask. Conversation was also intrusive - where do you live? What's your job? What's your ethnicity? This is supposed to be a relaxing experience, not an interrogation. Total bill $145. Will not be going back for sure.

Great enough so that when I was living in Virginia I would make it a point to be in NY every few months to get my hair done (my hometown is Poughkeepsie, mind you, so I would drive to Albany from Poughkeepsie after getting there from VA to get a cut/color and see some friends). She's very friendly and I'm always thrilled with how my hair looks. Prices are very reasonable, I've never had any complaints, everyone who works there is super friendly, the salon is clean and well maintained, and there's always a good selection of magazines. I definitely recommend!

I came in with very damaged, brassy hair in dire need of a color correction. It was so bad that a salon in my neighborhood actually wouldn't take me! Bridgette took me in right away and stayed late to finish my hair. I am thrilled with how it turned out and can't believe the results we were able to get in one session. She was so fun to talk to and I'm so glad I was able to find someone who could understand my hair. If you are looking for help with color absolutely check her out! And she uses high quality products, the bleach never made my scalp irritated. 10/10 am going back and looking forward to it

I have never, EVER paid that much and been SO disappointed in my hair!!! I can't really see the highlights and it is much too short. The result I received was definitely not worth that amount of money!! I am so disappointed!!!

Tony takes the time to figure out what you think your hair needs. I've got coarse, wavy hair with three strong colics in the front and Tony has always been able to manage them better than most. I'll always come back here and recommend people to Perfect Cut. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's the perfect type of calming mom-and-pop place you want to come to every month.
