The staff repeatedly gave us incorrect appointment times, made us wait for hours, and then claimed we didn't show up rather than taking accountability for losing my father's stress test results -- twice -- and then never followed through on sending him a heart monitor they said was crucial. When I called to follow up, the office manager didn't even know what I was talking about. This wasn't just inconvenient -- it was negligent. They never took accountability nor contacted us to check on him, which only reinforced how careless and uninvested they were in their patients' well-being. We've filed a formal complaint with the Medical Board of California and have been assigned an analyst for further investigation. Patients deserve care that's organized, accountable, and safe -- not chaos. If you care about your time, your health, or your loved ones, I strongly recommend finding a different cardiologist.
