Really though, I love this place. The staff is wonderful. On one particular visit, I was griping over the problems that arise when I refill my Juul cartridges. Bammmm!!!! The next week the manager pops out an alternative product that addressed the complaints I had. She actually hunted it down because I was getting to be a regular at the store. That should tell you, reader, two important facts. 1) They provide such exceptional service that I became a regular. That's rare as I'm usually an "I don't care, whatever is closest" type of person. (For general info: there are a crazy amount of head shops here to choose from.) 2) They actually care about their customers. For example: I noticed the staff never up-sells products. They actually try to save the customers money. ON TOP OF WHICH they have a rewards program.

They also carry their own house-brand juice that is pretty bad ass. Great flavors and the quality is top shelf, but they bottles are a little on the pricey side at 25ish for a 60 ml bottle. Their glass selection isnt extraordinary but it is nice and the quality makes up for abundance of products. I recommend this place to anyone in the norfolk area that needs some cigars, papers vape juice or a new glass piece.

The chopped cheese on Doritos is like a walking taco, and is delicious. If the service/experience was anywhere close to what you see on their video's on socials, I'd give it more stars. I think it would be beneficial if they worked out the flow a little better. You pay for the food at the shop counter, then wait on line for the deli counter to give them you ticket, then wait around awkwardly in the shop for you food.

When you enter, you will see the sandwich/deli station to your left but walk forward to the register and pay for your food first. You will then go to the sandwich/deli station and hand them your ticket and they will proceed to make your food. I ordered the Chop cheese on a hero sub. The line was pretty long and there was only 1 guy cooking. They have all the snacks and drinks because it is a bodega. The Chop Cheese was YUM! Soft toasted bun, meat melts in your mouth, not salty and just like I remember when living in NY/CT. I'm excited to try the sandwiches like Philly sub. They do sell Jamaican patties but we're out when I went. You can make your sandwich anyway you like! Meaning if you want your meat in that Jamaican patty you can! If you want your Philly sub in a Doritos bag, you can! Just like they do in NY!
