This review is with regard to the horrible customer service I received in the new downtown DC store (L Street location) at around 2:00pm today, June 25, 2013. I made a special trip to the new Nordstrom Rack store in downtown DC to purchase some new dresses for an upcoming vacation. I had heard of the downtown DC's store recent opening, so I was very excited to check out one of my favorite stores in my favorite city. Upon entering, I was quite pleased with the selection and opted to try on exactly eight items. Due to one reason or another, the items did not work out. After bringing out my items from the dressing room, there was no empty rack space to put my unwanted items. The racks were overflowing with clothes and the fitting room representatives were not present. When I saw them returning together two minutes later, I asked if I could give them my items since the racks were full. They proceeded to mock me and roll their eyes because I was giving them "more work." They said each other's names and said, "No. Look. Seriously?" I was appalled by this attitude and needless to say saved my money and promptly walked out of the store. I would rather give a company who appreciates my purchases than one that tries making me as the customer feel uncomfortable for trying on eight items I had every intention of purchasing if they had worked out. Employees here need to be advised that their unprofessional actions and comments truly reflect on the company. I will no longer be visiting this location. read more

Let me say this, I LOVE TO SHOP! I am honestly not even much of a bargain shopper, but like anyone else I love to find a great deal when I can. I have not done a lot of shopping in Nordstrom Rack before but I have always received great customer service in Nordstrom department stores and was excited when this store was opening a couple of blocks from my job. Fast forward to my first visit into the store, I am browsing around and low and behold do I see only my favorite bath products (Neutrogena body oil and rain bath) on sale for a whopping $1.97!!! 'I love this store!!' OK, OK... I do not want to be too greedy. I mean I really do not have much space to store a bunch of shower gels and body oils, so I pick up two each. That way I feel like I am somewhat taking advantage of the deal without straight up hoarding bath products (I am product junkie in rehabilitation or at least trying to move towards rehabiliation...). So I walk around the store for a little bit with my bath products in tow, looking to see what else catches my eye. In the end I did not see much that I wanted besides $300 boots that I was not getting (only I could go into a discount store and the boots that catch my eye are marked down to $300 =/) and so I decided that I was happy with what I had and headed to the cashier. This is when my adoration for the store immediately went downhill. The products, which were stocked on shelves with a sign that said "Neutrogen $1.97" were ringing up for $6.97. So I told the clerk about the sign and took him over to the products to show it to him. He basically tells me that the sign does not mean anything and that the $1.97 sign could be for any Neutrogena product on the shelf not necessarily the one it is right in front of (huh?). There was a range sign on the top of the shelf that said all the Neutrogena products were $1.97 to $23.97 so I was pretty much crazy for believeing that the products I wanted (which had the $1.97 sign directly in front of them) would be $1.97. To me the range sign says that there are products on the shelf for $1.97 and the $1.97 sign in front of the products I wanted says 'ding ding ding! the $1.97 products are right here!' In the end, I told him that I did not want the products. Before leaving I decided I was going to speak to a manager about it. The reason I am giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the greeter at the door was extremely helpful and made sure that I found a Manager. I wish I knew his name and I wish he would teach customer service to his colleagues. Anyway, I showed the Manager the sign and he decided to argue with me about it too!! Saying that if he were the customer he would assume that the product price was in the range, and that the $1.97 sign did not insinuate that the products of my choice were $1.97. I eventually got him to admit he could see why I would think they were $1.97 and he made sure to take the sign down before leaving yet still did not honor the price. If the sign wasn't insinuating that the products were $1.97, why would you need to take it down?? I would much prefer to pay a whole dollar more for these products at Target, a store that I know honors their price signs. I no longer have any desire to enter that store... why would I want to shop somewhere I have to play guessing games on pricing until I bring it up to the register? Bad business in my opinion! The Manager really needs to learn retail and customer service because he is obviously lacking in experience in what it takes to keep people coming back. P.S. I am so glad that Nordstrom Rack was walking distance from our hotel because the weather switched from a sunny day to a windy, rainy day and we forgot a good jacket for my husband. My husband is tall and slim, but was out at work and could not go to the store with me. When I arrived, there were a lot of jackets but most of them seemed boxy. Leo W. was being pulled in three different directions by myself and a few other customers but he found a way to take care of all of us. He quickly came up with a few suggestions and offered to try them on for me since he has a similar body type to my husband. I would have never found that coat without his help, and we would have spent most of our trip indoors instead of heading out. Please thank Leo W. for great service and for making my trip much easier. read more

I come here often just to peruse on my lunch break. They have a fantastic selection which seems to always be replenished. I can find items for a special occasion, work, new undergarments, and shoes...lots and lots of shoes.i always expect I can find something of great quality for a good price. I've walked out with an outfit for $30 and a bag with $700 worth of shoes...depends on my mood. The customer service is pretty good. It is always organized, they keep the line moving and the cashiers always inform me about my Nordstrom notes, personal point days, and upcoming sales. I appreciate them. Since I work in Dupont Circle, it's common to for me to come here frequently during lunch breaks or meandering between work and happy hour or dinner. MERCHANDISE: This store has a a little bit of everything, and is certainly scaled down from the suburban sprawl in Gaithersburg. The store is always tidy, maintains a wide variety of products, and a robust sale section. There's always plenty of premium denim options, business casual options, and intimate apparel. However, this location falls short in the handbag department, strictly because there's not as much variety as you'd see in a larger store. The handbags are the only section where you'll find a bunch of the same item rather than a sampling of their stock. There's an abbreviated cosmetics section and menswear department, but any of the products you'd expect to find are always readily available. IN A HURRY?: Bring your credit/debit card and find a person in a green shirt who can run your purchase without waiting in line. During the lunch hour people flock to this store (myself included), and the line runs the length of the building. If you aren't paying cash there's no reason to wait in line. You can even make returns/exchanges without going to the counter. TORY BURCH FANS: This Nordstrom Rack is the holy grail of Tory Burch shoes. Now, while I normally prefer to hike my butt to Gaithersburg for a ~real Rack experience~ there's no store that has a better variety on high-end shoes than the store on L (I thought the Chevy Chase store would have them beat on designer shoes--not quite). I ran in here recently and found 12 different styles of Tory Burch flats JUST in sizes 7-8. My mother loves Tory Burch shoes, so I'm always checking for things to stash as gifts. Since her first trip to DC, this store is always on the visit to-do list. STORE FACILITIES: the fitting rooms are well kept, but the restrooms could use more attention. Despite being partially underground, the sales floor still has some nice natural light. read more

The lines move fast, the selection is great, and the location can't be beat. This is the best place to spend your lunch or after hours. The only con is that they don't have a children's department. Everything else you've come to expect from a Nordstrom Rack can be found here. Pay close attention to the red signs screaming, "Clear the rack." The prices easily justify doing just that. I've found simple cotton tees for less than five bucks before. Seasonal items like scarves and other winter gear are aplenty and are priced for different budgets, from very cheap to slightly pricier. Gift items like makeup kits and pajama sets are yet another reason to come to this location. This Nordstrom Rack is dangerously close to my workplace, but even if it wasn't, I'd probably stop by when I was in the 'hood since its variety trumps some other locations. read more

The downtown Nordstrom Rack opened TODAY! This is at the old Border's location. I do love me a good bookstore and was sad to see Border's go, but the shopper in me did a little cartwheel when I saw the Nordstrom Rack sign go up. I was originally planning to get there earlier, but I'd been seeing on social media that the first person in line arrived at 5:30, and there were a ton of people lined around the block. On this rainy day? I'm glad I didn't actually do it (though I do wish I would have won the $1,000 shopping spree or even one of the $100 gift cards given away between 8-9am). I strolled in half an hour past the 9:00 am store opening, and it was NOT crazy. It's a good size, and they have a good selection of item. They do NOT carry children's items, by the way. This was disappointing to me as a mama, but the inner diva in me decided:oh, well, I guess that means it'll have to be all about selfish ME today instead of the kids then! Me me MEEEEEEE!!!!! I scored a great pair of YSL sunglasses, Cole Han wedges and a Calvin Klein fedora, all at around 50% off the regular retail cost.. That means I still have some money left to eat lunch. Avoid this place at all costs. You will spend money there. Seriously great selection of clothing and shoes. The shoes are divided into Designer and Retail. I didn't know this but caught on after a few visits. Surprisingly have a nice makeup section. The only thing that I would beef up is housewares but it does not matter too much because most people walk there. Update: I go there a lot. The store needs more cashiers. I am an avid Nordstrom Rack patron and this store is one of the smaller locations. I love a good deal and I am willing to put in the time and effort to score one. I have the patience necessary when it comes to digging through racks. The store is fairly new but I have still found some great deals. The location is hard to beat, it is close to Farragut North metro station so it easy to get to. Inside the women's section comes first when you enter. The newer items on the racks seem organized but I typically stick to the sale racks. The sale racks are somewhat well organized by size. Like any discount clothing store you have to dig. Today I got 3 items for $5 each, Joes Jeans, Elieen Fisher skirt and Nick & Zoe cardigan. The deals are there, but I spent an hour in the store. They just added some cosmetics, mostly older holiday box sets and NYX current items. There are no home goods. The Accessory section is small, handbags and sunglasses included, but they are there. I found my sister her Kate Spade wedding jewelry for $140 total earrings and necklace. I had to dig once again to find the matching earrings, but I got my deal. Lastly, customer service. I personally find the staff to be friendly and helpful. I am a horrible customer, I ways forget my Nordstrom card and someone always looks it up. This process is annoying but I've never encountered a problem and often enjoy friendly conversation while we wait. read more

If you've been to the Nordstrom Rack in Friendship heights the downtown location will feel very familiar; if this is your first visit to a Nordstrom Rack, and you like hunting for deals, you'll have a great shopping experience. The store is brightly lit, organized (somewhat) and well staffed. It reminded me a bit of shopping at TJ Maxx or Filene's Basement but with higher quality merchandise and more sales associates. I really liked that you didn't need to wait in any lines to check out, just find an associate and they check you out with iPhones and email you a receipt. I had a chance to explore the men's section during the grand opening and liked what I saw. If you have big feet you'll love the selection of shoes that go up to size 15; smaller footed shoppers will likely find something too. They had plenty of shoes from Allen Edmonds, Steve Madden, Clarks, Sperry, Cole Haan and To Boot New York and a very limited number of shoes from Salvatore Ferragamo. Most of the shoes were 20-40% off retail. They had some great sunglasses I picked up a pair of Ray Ban New Wayfarers for $70. The sunglasses are split into Men's and Women's but since most sunglasses are unisex it is worth checking out both sections. I liked that they had a ton of Neutrogena products for about the same price as Target (or slightly cheaper) but I wish they also sold Jack Black and Anthony Logistics products that they carry in Nordstrom stores. I thought the suit section was lacking. For a downtown location I expected them to carry more suits but it was the same size, or slightly smaller, than the Friendship Heights location. They did have a good selection of ties, cufflinks and pocket squares for a reasonable prices. The dress shirts were well stocked. They had Brooks Brother non-iron shirts for $40, and the Nordstrom house brand for $30 along with a few dozen other brands. The store was well staffed for the grand opening. All the employees were very friendly and helpful without being pushy. I'll definitely be back when things settle down since it is the type of store you need to check often if you want to find a great deal. read more

I can only, in good conscience, give this place 3.5 stars. Even though I found what are sure to become my absolute favorite pair of sandals in the world here -- I still have to register the following complaints: 1) The women's selection is quite limited. 2) The women's racks were not always well organized. 3) The store does not carry petites. 4) It was hard to find anything in size xsmall. 5) The accessory section (i.e., jewelry and bags) is quite small. 6) There are too few checkout counters so be prepared to wait. Even though I would still recommend that anyone in the area stop in to browse (especially since it's so close to the Farragut North station), the bottom line is that Pentagon City location is far superior to this one. read more

Hello Rack! Wow do I love this store. This particular store has the best shoe selection. While the clothing area is limited compared to the Pentagon City NR, it sure makes up for it with their show department. The staff was helpful and plentiful What I really love about this store are the green shirts! Look for employees wearing the lime green shirt and they can check you out right there on the spot! Very friendly staff and good selection of items but the two stars are specific to this review. I called the store at 1030am to see if the tailor was available as I needed to a suit altered. I was told to come over. When I arrived at 1040 I was told the tailor doesn't arrive until 1100am. So I went back to my office. At 330 I called the store again to see if the tailor was available and i was told to come over. I arrived at 340pm and was told the tailor was at lunch and won't be back till at least 415pm. I said I was just told the tailor was available. No one could explain why I was given bad information. Lesson learned. Clear lack of communication and/or training at the store. read more

I work very near this Rack, have been here lots, and have been to several other Rack locations in different states--so this is an informed review. The staff at this store is some of the worst I've encountered. I go here enough that I can actually remember which 2 or 3 employees are polite + helpful if asked (sooo appreciated); but I also know that like 4/5 of them are unwilling to help or talk to you more than absolutely necessary, often not doing any work at all. While the selection here is decent (seen better; seen worse), the overall customer experience is usually lacking if you need a dressing room, have a question, and sometimes at checkout. Had another Blah shopping moment last night, so it's time to share. Enticed by the Clear the Rack sale, I popped in, grabbed a 25% off dress (woot!), did a lap, and got in line. Instead of the procedural flag wave and "I can help whose next," a poker-faced woman gave me a silent "come here" gesture. I said, "Hi! How are you?" She ignored me completely. Oookay. Rang me up silently. Didn't say the total or even say anything. I pop my card in to pay and realize I was not charged sale price. I asked about it, and she finally spoke! "Oh. Yeah." No sorry or anything. Looked annoyed and re-rang the sale in a huff. (I realized later I was never asked for my Nordstrom card/phone # thingie, either.) In parting, I said, "Thanks! Have a good night!" She, of course, said nothing. I sighed and walked out. Immediately noticed I couldn't find my winter hat. Had to go back in. Recognizing the useless (sorry--not a nice word, but I'm saying it) youngish male employee on the floor, I instead went to the door security guard and said, "I dropped my hat in here just now. Should I ask someone?" She was nice. Said, "Go to Customer Experience." I said okay, but then, "What? Sorry, where is that?" That is what they call the registers, fyi. I didn't want to stand in a long line just ask about my hat. So I had to ask the guy I recognized. I've been in there and seen him just talking to friends, openly not working, and--once--heard him loudly use the N word a few times chatting with a buddy. Seriously, who is managing this place?? Had to go ask him. He said, "Uh, go to the register." I said I didn't want to wait in a big line to ask about a dropped hat. He groaned and went up there TO THE GIRL WHO DOESN'T TALK, who predictably told him, "I don't know. Check Lost & Found or something." He wandered off. I meanwhile kept retracing steps. He told me, "Someone's like in the back looking I guess." Mysterious. No one ever came and let me know. I found the unhelpful guy again, who told me they'd had no luck. I was like, "That stinks. Well, okay, I guess that's that." He said, "Listen, you gonna have to come back tomorrow, Ma." WHO. Is. "Managing." This. Store? I assume their sales are so high that they're not getting scrutiny from the company, just my guess as a person who's worked retail. If I go in during lunch break, the line usually extends all the way to the back of the store. The selection is often pretty picked over. I agree that it's still better than some other states' stores, like when I used to go to the Tampa location a lot. But needing any help at all is like beyond their training. The waiting rooms sometimes have a totally unstructured line/crowd, which I've seen turn into Every Man for Himself room grabbing, complete with clothes everywhere. They wouldn't let me wear an outfit out of the store once when I asked (k, I accept that). But someone could really just pay attention over there! Most of their employees are just so bugged about having to do anything. I've had one helpful person in years of occasionally shopping there. But you'll see easily 8 people working the floor at a time, 99% of them ignoring you. For awhile a recording would play advertising the helpful staff, so that's funny. Clearly, I do shop there sometimes. I mean, the dress was $16! But suburban metro DC locations, in my experience, are often less picked-over and more friendly. Springfield, VA's is divine. Just...class it up, L Street. Say hello. It will not kill you, I swear. P.S., found my hat near the dresses :) No thanks to the 4 different people who gave zero Fs. Will I go again? Probably. Everything seems very fashionable and up-to-date in terms of style and trends (which is not really what I'm looking for) and the prices seemed reasonable. The young lady who worked there (they are hard to identify but wear green clothing) was helpful when I asked a question trying to locate some summer skirts. Oh how I love Nordstrom Rack. I have loved you since we first met in the summer of 2011 in San Diego, CA. I visited you once a week for 12 weeks straight spending my hard-earned MBA intern money in order to keep up with the Jones' in the Gaslamp District and Pacific Beach among other places I visited during my stay. Since then I have visited other Nordstrom Rack locations in the DC metro area and none come close to the experience I had with you. A location in Downtown DC (Farragut Square to be exact) recently opened and I visited in hopes I would find another Nordstrom Rack just like you. Unfortunately this location is too cramped and the selection borders on the likes of Forever 21. I keep returning to this location because I hope their inventory would get better but I keep leaving empty-handed and let down. Maybe one day this store will expand and be the true size it needs to be. The closes thing I can find to you is in Pentagon City. Yes shopping in DC is always a MEH, scattered, cramped experience but I hope one day a large Nordstrom Rack will hit our streets and lives up to the standard Mission Valley's Nordstrom Rack has set. Until then I will visit Pentagon City until I can actually find what I am looking for in a Nordstrom Rack. I will skip the location Downtown, no matter how convenient it is. I travel to DC a lot for work and my company's office is right around the corner from this location. This location is my secret "go-to"...better than the Rack in Chicago or New York City! Seriously -- it may be a tiny but it is mighty in the designer division! I've probably shopped here more than a dozen times and a dozen times, I've walked out with amazing savings and labels! For a self-confessed label-whore like myself, this place is manna from heaven. Just this morning, I found a Tory Burch silk dress (which I've been eyeing for a very long time at the actual Nordstroms), a gorgeous Rebecca Taylor dress that will get a ton of wear this spring and a TUMI Voyageur tote bag but my piece des resistance? A Rag & Bone chunky belt priced 78% off at only $35! Sure, the customer service is not "Nordstrom"-level but if you approach shopping at this place like hunting for bargains at a TJ Maxx, then at least your expectations are adjusted. But with labels and prices like this -- I'll wait in line for 2 hours! read more

Shoes. Let's get some shoes. These shoes rule! These shoes suck! That is the tune that always goes through my head when I am in Nordstrom rack. I have scored some awesome deals here, including but not limited to: Vince Camuto boots, Vince Camuto booties, Michael Kors boots, Cole Haan heels, etc. All in 8.5 which is amazing since many stores run out of that size first! I do agree that the clothing section is a little unorganized...but you can find some super cute things for women throughout the store. My guide (when you walk in): Front right side is random cheap crap Front left side is nicer/pricier women's stuff Far right is athletic/going out clothes Far left is nicer business stuff I would also recommend this store for cute little gifts for friends...great pricing and an array of jewelry, lotions, accessories, etc. read more

This store has good selection and is well organized. The prices are a bit expensive for a discount store. Everyone was pleasant, but my one complaint is my friend and I were casually shopping (enjoying a kid-free evening together) and when we went to try on clothes, they had closed the fitting rooms a few minutes before closing time. I understand wanting to get home, but there was no notice the store was closing. In the future, it'd be helpful to make an announcement that the store is closing in 15 minutes so you can hit the fitting room and not waste time picking things out to only have to leave them. That's more work for the employees and was frustrating! read more

I visited this Rack on several occasions and in the midst of my excitement, I forgot to do my check-ins! :-( I'm definitely a Duchess by now. In fact, i'm wearing one of my finds today and have gotten rave reviews from co-workers. This is a really nice and convenient location offering various labels at decent prices. I bought a pair of Valentino shades for a little under $100. Not bad! This store tends to get a little crowded during the lunch rush of 12:30-2pm so lines are long. The plus is that there are other smaller cashiers throughout the various departments to expedite your purchase. Customer service is great and there is always someone on the floor to assist you in whatever way needed. read more

I love this Nordstrom Rack! First things first the location of this Nordstrom Rack is the right in the middle of downtown DC where working professionals can do a little shopping before work, during lunch, and after work. This store is just the right size with just enough merchandise that wont overwhelm you. I love how they have the clearance racks by the window ( great marketing), how could you walk pass without going to see whats on clearance. I've brought several items out of this store at more then 60% off. Well call it how you like, I love a good sale. Staff is always helpful and pleasant. Let me just start off by saying that I have been very frequent Nordstrom, Nordstrom rack, and HauteLook customer Since when I first started working at Nordstrom downtown San Diego at Horton Plaza back in 2005. Cash App I'm not at NORDSTROM RACK and I go to each particular location usually for more specific. one of my favorites has always been the L St. location, but after today's visit I don't think I will ever step foot back into the store. I went on the mail third to the Springfield location and bought a duffel bag which I was very excited about, great price. The next day when I used it for some clothes in a pair shoes it broke. So I live not far from the L St. location rather than thought that I would be able to exchange it but the lady at the checkout stand when I explained to her that the girl in Springfield forgot to ask my email address so I had no Emailed Receipt, and I had a lot of bags that day and lost my paper receipt. So I thought it would be an easy trade is pretty clear that it is at Nordstrom rack brand, and all the girl dead snap at me and say "I'm sorry Siri use the gift cards are rung up like cash so unfortunately there's nothing I can do for you have a great day." I've never had somebody check me out so quick to snap at me and frankly I felt semi-embarrassed because of the customers around looking at me. But I understand people have bad days, I just didn't understand why I asked a simple question if I could exchange and she felt the need to be rude to me about it. So with that being said I will never come back to the store and I don't actually know that I will continue to shop online in the store at Nordstrom, Nordstrom rack, or HauteLook anymore. This is just really put a bitter taste in my mouth and I did not think that I deserve that for spending my money at a store. Now I have wasted $32 that I will never see again thanks to one girl who felt like it was appropriate that she was rude to me. read more

Great selection and prices! Do yourself a favor: you're already at a discount store--avoid the shirts and sweaters retailing for less then $20 and stick to the reduced-price designer merchandise. With very few exceptions, the off-brand clothing options are low in quality, and it's the perfect illustration of the idea that you get what you pay for. If you are willing to take your time and try on a lot of cheaper items it's possible that you'll find a hidden gem, but for the most part, it will not be a fruitful search. This store is kept very neat and organized, even during the holiday shopping rush! Employees were friendly and helpful, and contributed to an overall positive shopping experience. Even the line to check out, while fairly long, moved quickly. Fitting rooms were clean and plentiful, a nice change from some other similar high-end discount clothing retailers. In the years since my previous review, this Rack has gotten a larger variety of clothing, particularly suiting. But it's all on the floor, mixed up, and an absolute mess. Was excited when the store initially opened as it's only blocks away from my place of employment. As the years progressed the customer service and quality of merchandise had seemed to deteriorate. Had a issue on 1/9/2017 regarding merely exchanging a pair of boots the night before but I was so painful when i wore it that I had to return for exchange for another size. Called the manager Briana and explained on the phone before getting there. When I arrived lots of sometimes loud unprofessional chat at the register; unfriendly staff and managers Brianna and Tinesha were no help. Seems uninterested in my situation and basically said "no return on worn shoes" although they were in great condition with receipt and tags. To make a long story short, I politely said thanks and went to the Friendship heights location were staff greeted me and promptly exchanged my item. The Bethesda location has great quality item and professional staff. Tried calling NR the next business day to speak to Store Manager to no avl. I called 4 times and kept on hold for what seems like forever. Survey on receipt has expired. I'm done with that location!! read more

The staff here wasn't so friendly on my visit. One staff nearly yelled an customers because she didn't like that they were lining up for the register near the shoes and blocking her way. Maybe they should create a queue line somewhere else if it isn't convenient for the staff. read more

I love the Nordstrom Rack! This location was a little small, and reminded me a bit more of a higher-end TJMaxx and not the traditional Rack. I am kicking myself for not buying a super-cute and unusual Tory Burch bag that I found - the only one of its kind & I visited a few Rack locations while in DC. read more

This location is an avenue over from where all of the doctors offices are located. Now I can go to my doctor's appointments (vomit) and then peruse the Rack (yay!). The store has lots of stuff including a fairly decent shoe department and the on the spot check out wherever you might be is what's up. read more

The employees here can really care less about their customers, it's crazy. The lines can be ridiculous, and they're unbothered, rude and unapproachable. This location is also lacking in women's trendy clothing - really just shoes, accessories, and business clothes are stocked here. read more

Sooooooo so happy that I walked into this Nordstrom Rack!!!! Bought a pair of Pumas from another Rack at Tysons Corner for my boyfriend, but they were way too big. I really had good intentions but was sad I had to return them. Anyway, I went to women's shoes and browsed the aisles. Went up and down each row and snubbed a pair of Nikes, Tory Burch wedges, Rachel Zoe booties, Ted Baker snakeskin loafers. WAIT! Ted Baker snakeskin loafers?!?!?!? HOL' UP!!!! And it's marked down to $60?!?! I'd be a fool to turn these down. They're perfect for spring and walking and dressing up/down and suitable because my pregnant ass can't wear heels right now and because I don't have a pair of Ted Baker snakeskin loafers.
