These guys are fantastic. I used them for yearly maintenance for my air conditioner, furnace and hot water heater and it was very easy to schedule and know when they would be here, and the technicians were very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Trustworthy company with extremely reasonable pricing...these will be my "go-to" guys going forward! read more

I hired Nordic in May of 2026 after getting some quotes for a total HVAC system replacement. There were some minor communication issues throughout the installation of the new HVAC system. I had also accepted the quote for installing some extra ductwork, but they discovered that they would not be able to do that during the installation of the HVAC system. When they discovered that they couldn't complete that, we discussed having an attic fan installed. After the heat pump was installed, I had some correspondence with Sean with questions about the attic fan, and eventually he just stopped responding to my texts. And emails. And phone calls. I haven't gotten a phone call back from Nordic despite being told a couple times now that I would receive a call back. I reached out via email and although I have received an apology and an assurance that someone would be out to fix the drywall hole created when they were determining whether they could install ductwork as well as install the attic fan, I was never given a date or a time. I tried to call and got their voicemail, but then received an automated text message offering to continue the conversation via text, which I accepted. I sent all of my concerns over, and received another apology and assurances that I would hear back from them, I never did. I had accepted the quote because of the promise that I would receive a rebate for installing a heat pump. Between the more sustainable option and the competitive price point offered, it was the best choice. When I reached out by email to offer one last chance for this company to make it right, the response I received did not include any information about the rebate. When I sent the text, I was told I would receive information about the rebate, but I still haven't heard back. And I haven't received the rebate. I'm just so alarmed by the communication issues. The installation of the HVAC system overall was fine and it works great. But the fact that I can't get an answer about the rebate that they supposedly filed for me, along with no straight answers regarding the attic fan installation and the drywall repair, is concerning. I'm just absolutely baffled and extremely frustrated. I have genuinely tried to be patient and work with them, but I can't keep waiting and I want to issue this warning to others in case this is a pattern. If you need strong, consistent communication from the company that you're working with to get your HVAC needs met, this is not the company for you. Or maybe you'll have better luck. Also, maybe beware of talk about rebates. read more

I do not recommend Nordic at all. The company is a mess. Installers didn't show up when scheduled. When I complained they always had excuses like "I've only been here a week" , and "we're going through a transition". I even called the owner to review the HVAC work they didn't finish at my place and he didn't show up for the meeting. Save yourself the frustration. Find a different company. read more

You will be in great hands with Nordic. Mark came over and explained everything from how they would do the job along with discussing all the concerns and details about the equipment. It was not your typical sales job. I interviewed 3 companies. Mark's bid was not the cheapest, however I chose him because of his prompness, honesty and professional attitude. He was always easy to talk with. If you hire Nordic, you will not regret it. read more

Mark and Chrisi were recommended to us from our contractor. Every suggestion he has made to this point as been absolutely spot on. Mark came to our home, talked to my wife and dad (since I was at work), and immediately both my dad and wife were super impressed. His pricing was fair. Mark didn't try to upsell us; just tell us what the differences in equipment would be like in our home, and depending on the amount of time we stayed in our home where we would start seeing benefit and return on investment. Their pricing was well below other quotes we received from other companies, and they offered 0% financing which really helped us pull the trigger during our home renovation, since our budget was dwindling fast. The equipment they installed seems like it's top notch and will last us a long time. Signing up for their maintenance plan (which they only developed based on customer feedback) increases our equipment warranty and gives us peace of mind. I can't recommend Nordic enough. They're a breath of fresh air in a community that's full of companies that are prioritizing their profits over delivering good service and fair prices. read more

We hired Nordic to replace our old furnace based on recommendation from a family friend. It's been two years and the furnace has been running great! We also hire Nordic for the biannual maintenance of the system. They are always on time, efficient, and the price is reasonable. read more

Mark (the owner) and his team were outstanding! We got multiple quotes for replacing our furnace and installing new central air, and we're happy we went with Nordic. Mark came out and gave us an honest and realistic idea of what our options were, and didn't try to use high pressure sales tactics (our house layout is challenging). Their pricing was fair, and communication was great. Nordic's team showed up and did a great job. They were very respectful of our time, and we would use them again without hesitation. read more

I got quotes all over town from different HVAC companies and wish I had found Mark and his team sooner. Great service, no scare tactics or upselling. They did an incredible job upgrading our system and were thorough in teaching my wife and I about proper maintanence. His prices were very reasonable and far below quotes I got from the "well branded" companies in town. They even fixed a few smaller issues for no charge in order to help our system run more efficiently. Top shelf service all around. read more

This is a straight up, no nonsense company. Mark came out, inspected and quoted me a price for furnace replacement. Two weeks later, Don and Dan had fully installed the 80% 2 stage RUUD furnace for the quoted price. Such a good experience. Helped restore my faith in mankind. These guys aren't shady or trying to plus sell. Just honest, hard workers that know what they're doing. The furnace runs great with a ten year warranty should anything go wrong. Awesome! ***** read more

Mark (owner) and Don from Nordic Heating and Air came this morning, tore out my old hot water heater and installed a beautiful new Rheem 50-gal unit. They made sure to explain to me about the new unit and cleaned everything up when they left. They were very punctual, professional and courteous! I highly recommend calling Nordic Heating and Air for any HVAC work you may need! read more

We hired Nordic last fall to replace our 25 year old furnace and air conditioner, (yes, they really were that old!). We were referred to Mark and his team by a family friend who is also in the HVAC business so we knew we were getting a top notch referral. So we can attest to the quality and workmanship of our new equipment as we have had excellent performance of the furnace in the dead of winter and the air conditioner is keeping us SO comfortable in the 90 to 100 degree days in the middle of the hot summer. We remark about how there is no way our old units would have been able to keep up. Mark installed the systems that were going to be best for our house size and he was spot on with what he recommended, we couldn't be happier with the quality, honesty, and integrity of this business. We have signed up for their biannual servicing plan and expect these will last us another 25 years!! Pricing was extremely fair and competitive. You can't ask for a better company to provide excellent HVAC services. read more

Nordic Heating and Air came and cleaned, serviced and certified our AC and furnaces for our new homebuyers. Mark Peterson, the owner, made our service as easy as it could be. His response time was immediate, his pricing is extremely fair and competitive and he is extremely friendly, professional and courteous. I would recommend Nordic heating and air for any HVAC needs hands down!! It's so rare to find a quality company with integrity and customer service like this company!! read more

I had an excellent experience with Nordic heating and air. I had two companies look at my ac unit. One said repairs would be at a minimum of $700 but there would likely be more issues and could easily go over 1k. The second company recommended replacing the entire system and the budget unit would be 6k fully installed. Nordic recommended doing a repair and came in at less than half of the price of the first company. He also said that if my unit needed replacement in the next year he would credit the cost of this repair. My ac is running smooth and cool for way less than I expected to pay. I highly recommend giving Nordic a shot if you need any heating and cooling repairs. read more

I requested quotes and mentioned a concern I had for my AC unit. Mark responded promptly AND took the time to let me know my concern was something normal and not to worry. No one else offered that information. I really appreciated it and was able to relax until they came out for maintenance :) When here they were very knowledgeable and helped me understand my older unit, went ahead and did a partial furnace maintenance while in the unit for free, and gave me an idea on what to expect when it is time to replace this unit without trying to sell me. Awesome, trustworthy service! read more

Mark responded quickly to my request for a quote. Reviewed the photo I sent him. Was able to get an appointment super quick. Mark was very professional, walked me through the repair, and demoed they repair for me to see. Best service from a repair company I have ever had. Thanks Mark! read more

I went through several companies who didn't know what they were doing before I found Mark. He is very knowledgeable, reasonable and reliable. My AC went out during a week it was 100 degrees for several days and Mark was able to squeeze me in quickly, fix our issue without incident and explained how to maintain our AC. If you need an HVAC guy, go here! read more

Mark has taken care of a few issues with our evaporative(swamp) coolers the last few years. We had worked with a few other companies prior; Mark beats them easily in customer service, honesty, and affordability. Truly a "straight shooter" who isn't looking to make an extra buck from you, Mark is excellent! He will explain everything to you, and will not add any extra "overhead" charges. Highly recommend. read more

This is the type of company I like to do business with. It is small and local. My daughter purchased a townhome in the area. Even though she had an inspection, as soon as she moved in we wanted a pro to look at the furnace and a/c system. Mark took care of that at a very reasonable price, gave my daughter lots of good tips for both systems, and totally put her at ease. She will definitely use Nordic if the need arises down the road. One important note, Mark is a one man show. He does not have a staff so if you call while he is on a job it could take a while for him to calm back but he will get back to you. We are really glad that we found his company. read more

Mark is the best. Has installed humidifier and a?c unit for me. He tells you like it is and gives the best price. Highly recommend!!

Our AC went out in the hottest day of the year! I called upon Nordic and Mark was great at diagnosing the problem and fixing our issues very quickly. He was very friendly, professional and exuded integrity. I would highly recommend Nordic and will call them again next time I need AC or hearing service. Many thanks! read more
