There is handicap and standard parking in front. I have been coming to J&A Automotive for over 20 years bringing all my vehicles in for repairs and maintenance and their work remains awesome. I always, always receive a friendly welcome which is so refreshing. I call ahead to schedule an appointment which works the best because they do get busy because of their great and honest work and pricing. They do take walk ins if they can fit them in. I have had situations where the repair would be a dealer warranty repair and they let me know. They always give me options and help me to get the best option. I took it in to see if they could check it out. I was lucky to have spoken to Anthony. He was very kind but direct and showed me what the possible problem could be based on the age of the car, sound and fumes. But he made it clear he would need to use the lift to confirm. He was apologetic he couldn't take care of it right away due to their current workload so I took it in the next week, and in the same day it was ready for pick up. He was right, it was the part he thought but instead of a crack it was fully broken in half! Luckily, he is a welder and I didn't need to buy a new piece. It was my first time going to a mechanic in Corona so I appreciated the service received as I was anxious to find a reliable mechanic. The cost was fair and I am so appreciative it was done so quick. My car is running great again!

This most recent time, I had suspected I had a coolant leak of some kind and noticed this right before I brought it in. I didn't say anything about it and they brought it to my attention, which confirmed what I had thought. I immediately brought it to my mechanic to fix this issue, which happened to be that my radiator was cracked and I got a new one that day.

I went in for my usual Mobil 1 oil change that has normally cost me $89.95, only to suddenly be charged $130 -- over a $40 increase. I was told the price jump was due to the war and increased oil costs. Wanting to verify that, I called three local auto parts stores afterward, and all confirmed that oil prices had gone up only about $1 per quart. For a 6-quart oil change, that's nowhere near the extra $40 I was charged. To be fair, the service itself was still quick and efficient as usual. But using current world events as justification for what feels like excessive up charging doesn't sit right with me. Loyal customers deserve honesty and fair pricing.

I called a few different places and got pricing from 1800-2500 with a minimum 3 day lead time. My co worker recommended B&D to me. After a quick and friendly phone call I was quoted $1500. I brought it in late Thursday to leave it for work to begin on Friday and I received my car back early Monday morning. Brian was very informative with the issues and sent pictures of the cracked part and even did a follow up call to make sure everything was running well for me. He even showed me how bad they were and told me it was best to replace them immediately to avoid leaks, overheating and damage to the engine. The parts came right away and he replaced them pretty quick. Thanks Elias, I recommend this shop for European vehicles. Will be taking my Fiesta ST soon too as I heard he specializes in Fords and other American made cars, as well as most imports.
