I was able to make an appointment for them to come to my house the same afternoon. When he arrived five minutes early, he was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I also found Ray on Yelp. BEST locksmith ever!! We needed our home's locks to be rekeyed to one key. After discovering that the locks we had were from many different manufacturers (that of course were not compatible with each other), it was decided that I would head to the hardware store to buy a new lock (our old lock was old and I was actually worried that it might break on us) for our front door (in order for all our locks to be on 1 key). It took me WAY TOO long in the hardware store to find the right lock (that also could be ordered with a dummy set, thus causing Ray to run late. Ray was nothing but professional. It was completely my fault that he was here longer than usual, but didn't make me feel bad. I offered to pay him for his entire time here and he said not to worry about it, that we didn't know that we'd run into that issue. I have nothing but excellent things to say about Ray. Would recommend him to anyone that needed a locksmith. I now have a home with fully functioning locks that work off of the same key!! I am a completely satisfied customer. Ray showed up as scheduled, and changed 3 locks as well as installed a new handle on my privacy screen door, as well as made 4 sets of keys. My son just bought a home with three doors all with separate keys. Ray was awesome! He rekeyed the locks, so we only have to have 1 key. He suggested getting a "Do Not Duplicate" key that I can give to contractors doing work in the home. He also noticed that the front door knob was upside down and there were two strike plates missing on the back door. He took care of everything!
