We are looking for some direction and customer service and what we have experienced at this place was we felt like we are a bother to them and not wanting to sell a boat. We are both so confused when we left. So, we drove to West Coast Boat center in Rocklin. We were welcomed and they took the time to show the features online to us and right there and then we bought the boat. We felt both welcome and willing to help us at least have a good conversation and effort to find what we are actually looking for even if it is online.

The parts guy, Wilson, is nice, however they were unwilling to locate a part for the boat because it is older. Basically, I was told I am on my own to try to get a part for the boat. I asked him what would happen if the boat was in there for service. Would they just keep it there for weeks, find the problem, then send you home without it being fixed because they were too lazy to get the part? As it turns out, this is a common part and still available. I was able to just research it online and find it, but it seems like as a dealer, they should just not throw you under the bus. I would not recommend this dealer to any MasterCraft owner. I have called MasterCraft in Vonore, TN to discuss this situation with them.
