I booked brow shaping mapping, lamination, tint and threading, but they rushed through the service, even though I had called prior to see if there was availability and they never even mapped my brows before starting, after service and seeing my botched brows the main lady offered a complimentary brow mapping.. (I agreed, paid and left) I left with uneven eyebrows, one noticeably higher than the other, completely different shapes, and a chunk of hair missing. When I pointed it out, they tried to convince me they were even until I literally had to show them the difference myself. The lamination was also extremely weak and barely lasted a day. The worst part is that after I got home and expressed my concerns to my friends and family they all told me they were so bad, I should have never paid AND never went!! I contacted the business. They agreed to refund me. However, I followed up multiple times, waited days and was repeatedly told the refund would be processed, but it never was. Because they failed to honor the refund they promised, I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Years of eyebrow growth gone, poor service, broken promises, and no accountability. I can't believe I paid for this experience.

There is never a wait and parking lot usually has room- so no issue for that, but the first time I went to get my full set and gel pedicure, she nicked me and made me bleed. That was such a bummer but pedicure was perfect. She up-charged me without notifying before (which is a personal pet peeve for me). She had used some "mixed" gel or powder color and never said anything despite me asking what color or how to ask for it when I came back for a fill. She said "it was special but the salon will know" Fast forward after the ice snow storm, I went in for a full set again and 3 people were trying to ask or figure out what it was- and were loudly speaking in Vietnamese and laughing, clearly speaking about me. It was embarrassing and totally unprofessional. And then the male tech states my nails, added the tops without cutting cuticles or filing the tips before putting them on. All my nails were wide and not shaped correctly. As he finished, he just said "she will do your nails. I don't know how to do acrylics" this was so off putting because I then had to wait another 15 mins or so until Angie could do my nails. She was already booked and used some mix that we made together using powder. Which I understand she spent time doing however within 24 hrs my nails have turned yellow. The powder or something must've been old, because it has this ugly old tint. I'm so disappointed because I really wanted this to be my new "nail spot" and have a nail tech I love, but this salon isn't really the place if you want professional, friendly staff who treat customers with respect and use clean and fresh products.

I got them done in salons or just did them by myself and tweezed the hell out of them. When i first started going to Valencia, she assured me that she would be able to fix them, but told me that I couldn't touch them in order for her to make them grow out. It took a couple months but she made my eyebrows grow out to their full length and completely reshaped them to make them look amazing. I get compliments on my eyebrows at least 2 times a day.
