My family and I decided to try out a new restaurant so we went to Noodles and Company. Upon walking in, I saw some spices displayed on the wall and took one for my meal because I thought that's what they were for. I went to the counter to order my food and the lady asked if I wanted to pay for the bottle I had. i was confused for a second and then realized the bottle was not for sale! LOL! Don't make this mistake folks... I ordered the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles. It is Lo mein noodles tossed with sweet and spicy Korean-style Gochujang BBQ sauce, marinated steak, red cabbage, spinach, spinach, topped with cucumber, green onions and cilantro. It tasted so sweet and the FREE spices that i found made the entire meal so tasty. I only wish the portion size was a little bigger, but other than that it was a great meal. read more

customer service was great and the food was really good. definitely will be coming back.

Super disappointed. This place is STINGY on the sauce. I ordered the penne Rosa and the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese. Both were super dry. I also ordered garlic bread and the bread wasn't cooked which was really weird. Who wants cold bread? I would definitely not waste my money at this place again and I don't know how anybody could be happy with the condition of the food here. I feel like I couldn't even enjoy my meal because it was so dry and plain. read more

Ordered their mac n cheese, green salad with vinaigrette and a french bread. Everything was delicious! Absolutely loved the pasta and salad. The mac wasn't hot when I received it, but that's okay. The food was great and I ate it all read more

I just had their spicy chipotle adobo dish and I thought that it was delicious. The sauce was creamy and had a nice kick to it. On the dish there was a sprig of cilantro, some sour cream, cooked red onions, mushrooms, and a tiny slice of lime. I would have liked there to be a larger slice of lime and maybe something else added to the dish to give it a brightness. Possibly, if they had more cilantro on there, that would have added a lighter dimension to the otherwise heavy cream-based dish. Their spicy korean beef noodles had a strong teriyaki flavor. I would have liked the noodles to be more firm, but since they were ramen noodles, people probably expect the noodles to be as soft as they were. There was some uncooked spinach in the dish along with a couple springs of cilantro. I had one of their thai sweet chili chilled noodle salads, which was one of their featured dishes a while back, but I wasn't a fan, even in the middle of the summer. The sauce was a bit weak on this dish. This dish doesn't seem to be offered anymore as I didn't find it on their menu today. read more

Zoodles are awesome! I am on a low carb diet. I was dubious about walking into Noodles & Co, but I was pleasantly surprised by the zucchini noodles option. I enjoyed it with the buttered steak stroganoff. My daughter enjoyed her Pesto Cavateppi pasta. I will now walk in with confidence! read more

A new-ish addition to Tempe Marketplace! I'm a huge fan of pasta / noodles so Noodles and Company seemed right up my alley. Unfortunately, after eating I thought it was just okay. I went in with my boyfriend & we each got the Japanese Pan Noodles bowl, mine was with grilled chicken & his was with marinated steak. The regular size comes with quite a bit of food, I was only about to eat about three-fourths of mine. The sauce that the noodles were sautéed in was quite a bit different than I've had at other places. I think it would have tasted really good, however there was so much pepper on the chicken that it took away from any flavor that the noodles had. My boyfriend ate his food first, then tried some of mine and noted that it was almost like we got completely different items even though we had ordered the same thing. I hadn't tried any of his, but he said that the marinated steak wasn't at all peppery like the chicken and went really well with the noodles. He definitely liked his version better. When they were bringing food out to patrons I saw various appetizers which looked good. The menu was very surprising as they offer the Asian noodles but also Mac & Cheese? I'd say that if you're in the area then give this place a try. I wouldn't recommend driving out of your way to eat here, however. read more

Noodles is Noodles. They're not the best place in the world but they are consistent and I like them. For me it's hard to not like noodles in any form. What I will say they excel at is rice krispy treats. They're amazing. And huge! I usually get the steak stroganoff when I come here, sometimes mac and cheese. Rarely anything else. It's consistently decent every time and they don't take a long time to make your food. Plus they have an app so you can check in and earn rewards and stuff. This is always a bonus! read more

This was my first time ordering zucchini noodles (zoodles) from any restaurant and it was a delicious choice! I ordered the Zucchini Pesto with Grilled Chicken and it was so savory and delicious! The best part? It was only 500 calories and I feel totally full. During the week I try to be more health conscious with my food choices and Noodles & Company was the perfect restaurant to choose! There are a handful of cauliflower and zucchini pasta options that are not only calorie conscious but health conscious as well. Looking for gluten free options? Look no further! Unfortunately, because dine-in was not an option, I'm unable to comment on the ambience or restaurant itself. However, I will definitely continue to order takeout and delivery from here as time goes on. Once life becomes a little less scary again, I would love to try dining in here as the food is totally delicious. read more

We had a positive experience at the Tempe Noodles & Company. Came in on a Saturday evening and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't overcrowded (busy, but not overcrowded). Our orders were prepared as requested and came out in relatively quick fashion. We were dining in but our meals came in to-go dishware because they didn't have any clean dishes, the server told us. No big deal. We enjoyed our meals and as we bussed our table we saw why they didn't have any clean dishes. They were all sitting in the bin by the door waiting to be picked up. I'm glad I didn't see this while dining because it really was quite the displeasing sight. No one wants to see everyone else's dirty dishes piled up. So I'm removing one star for that, but overall it was a good experience. We would return. read more

The various options for macaroni and cheese are great It was prepared quickly and to us very quickly That is the positive The negative is mainly one thing- but THE thing that makes macaroni and cheese awesome CHEESE It was pretty much missing In all THREE dishes we ordered We all agreed: it was very dry and not good Period Not gonna beat a dead horse- or a dry macaroni Just buy Trader Joe's frozen 4 cheese a macaroni (red box) I think it's $4.00 Not 8.00 And it's creamy with cheese and delicious Trust me- we WANTED to like this We were Jonesing ‍ read more

Very disappointed. Ordered a regular size of the penne pasta and regular size of the pesto cavatappi to go. Both came out with very small portions. I order this size every time and have never received this small of an order. Also was charged extra for substituting mushrooms for the spinach and tomatoes which have never been charged before. AND they forgot the mushrooms in the pesto pasta, which they CHARGED FOR ; and only a total of 4 mushrooms in the penne Rosa!!. The workers seemed to be more focused on chatting in the kitchen than paying attention to the tickets. Last time I'll be coming to this location. read more

This place is the bomb. I got the pesto cavatapi with a side salad and a drink and it was less than $10... How can you beat that? I really enjoyed my food. I'm definitely gonna try the Mac n cheese next time. The small size was a great portion for me. read more

The current average for this place is 3.5 stars. I think that is reasonable. I have only been here once, and there is nothing on the menu that is necessarily drawing me here, but I would come back. The family consensus was that it was "OK," which is 3 stars on the Yelp-o-meter. I had the Korean Beef noodle bowl, and it was good. There was a nice amount of spice, the beef was tender and the noodles were cooked well. I like cilantro, and that flavor was definitely prevalent in this dish. I can't speak to the Korean authenticity of the dish, but it had a nice flavor and the crunchy veggies paired well with the spicy sauce and noodles. The counter service people were friendly and the food was served quickly, despite the place being pretty much at capacity. If everyone in the family wants some kind of noodles for dinner, but nobody can agree on exactly what kind, head over here and let everyone choose their own style. They have everything from spaghetti and meatballs to various macaroni and cheeses, a simple noodles and butter, and more "interesting" offerings like Thai Green Curry with Shrimp or Spicy Chipotle Adobo. read more

This is a great location. It's in the Tempe Marketplace but you can park pretty close as it's right near the entrance. The food was made up just right but I have to give a shout out to one of the employees Kaitlyn (sp?) is super friendly and efficient. Ordered the zucchini Mac noodles to go got there 15 minutes after placing the order and 10 minute drive home and my noodles were like this. It was just watered down so bad. Max n cheese came with partially raw noodles, and shredded cheese sprinkled on top missing the cream in the sauce . They call it mac n cheese I call it trash. Broccoli under cooked. I ordered parm. Crusted chicken and they gave me plain grilled chicken. Wouldn't come back or order from here again. Be advised I ordered from DoorDash. read more

The food and service is always good, however, the drink machines noodles and company uses is disgusting. There's one spout for every type of soda you can imagine. Quick and easy way to get your noodles or pasta anyway you want it! Are you craving an Italian dish, but your food companion wants an Asian dish? Well, no worries as long as he/she wants a carb dish! My husband and I came here the night before the Phoenix Marathon. We were looking for a easy pasta dish for carbo loading. All the other Italian restaurants in the area had a monstrous wait, or were located outside of Tempe. We found this place thanks to Yelp. I had the pesto pasta and my husband had the Penne Rosa. Called and asked for a togo order for the steak stroganoff but with chicken instead. this was my first time ordering , so i wasn't aware there were two types of chicken to choose from. The girl who took my order chose for me because i didn't get an option. Got there to pick up my food and the guy at the counter was great! Wish he had taken my order i would have picked the other chicken! The pasta was soo bland and tasted incredibly cheap. I understand you get what you pay for, but this was extremely disappointing especially after reading a handful of good reviews! The cheesy garlic bread was the best thing i had. Had the Zucchini truffle mac. Added shrimp, steak and bacon. Even with all those additives, this dish could not be saved. The shrimp was undercooked as, in my opinion, were the zucchini noodles. The cheese sauce was so thin, watery and flavorless, it just sat at the bottom of the bowl. I took one bite and put it away. Maybe I can save it by making some sauce and re-cooking it? But, then again, what was the point of ordering if you have to cook? Wish I'd save my 22 bucks plus 8 dollars in fees and just eaten in. DON'T DO IT. read more
