I came here to eat with my fiancée and definitely will never return. Only one table was dining in while we were there- now we know why. We were very respectful and polite- said please and thank you during the whole service. But our server was very rude. He judged my lady because she requested to not have a high amount of sugar in her smoothie. When it was brought to the table, he threw our straws instead of placing them down. And the drink had no type of flavoring whatsoever- it just tasted like thick chunks of ice. Our food was not appetizing at all. And never once were we asked if we needed anything. But the real kicker is that the server was warm & friendly to the other diners there, so we knew he had a problem with us for NO REASON AT ALL. I will never recommend anyone to go here. Do better. I gave this place one star because of the service. The server was extremely rude and dismissive. My fiancé and I were celebrating his birthday dinner and we usually go to the Lombard location but tonight we decided to try the Bolingbrook location. The place was completely empty and now I know why. The server came up and asked us what we wanted and before my fiancé could finish what he wanted to order, the server rudely ripped the menu away from my fiancé's hands and walked away, we asked for straws and when he came back he was like 3 feet away from our table and tossed the straws from a long distance. I was so upset and wanted to leave but when he came back my fiancé finished his order and told him what else he wanted. I got a platter that was supposed to have shredded dried beef and they cut thin slices of bbq pork that didn't look appealing and tasted old, I couldn't eat it. I'm Filipina Spaniard American and I know Asian food especially Vietnamese, my fiancé and I are not newbies to eating this kind of cuisine and the ride waiter was talking to us like it was our first time eating Vietnamese food when it's the majority of what we always eat. One of our orders was Bun Bo Hue because my man loves his food spicy but this was so spicy it was inedible. They cut corners making the food here and it's overpriced! We never experienced service this rude before and the only interaction he had was towards the end when the bill was coming. I gave gratuity even though I didn't feel he deserved a tip because his attitude and energy was so low vibrational. What's wrong with that guy? I've read a few more reviews of people complaining about the same thing we experienced. No wonder why it's empty here. The place didn't seem clean either, tables were sticky and the walls had dirt, dried liquid splattered. We didn't like the aura or vibes at all. We will just continue going to the Lombard location because the service there is top notch when Matt is working and the ambiance is the best. I think it's overly priced here as well! My bill plus tip came out to almost 100 with the extremely shitty service. This place will never have a full house with the horrendous and rude service. We as a family go out to eat every 2 to 3 weeks. We decided to stop at this new restaurant for us We had poor service. We were a party three on a table we just received, One set of chopsticks, the Sriracha that was on the center table was discolored so it seems like it's been there for months, we only received three small napkins for our dinner, the food was not flavorful is was fake , we had to walk up to the refrigerator and get our own drinks, arghh !! because they only had one rude waiter for a full restaurant of 40, our waiter did not stop and asked if you would need anything else as we were eating our dinner which we needed more drinks-and napkins, salt and maybe pepper., but no no-show... we ordered three noodle soups, one order of wogtong as an appetizer, and and three can sodas the total was $71 and I received a bill of $84 and I asked why is the bill higher? and the cashier said that the service was added already to my bill. Been here a few times now so it is still some of the best pho I have ever tried. The service is pretty basic--nothing fancy but the waiter did come check in is a few times during our meal. He was friendly, but did give us space. The inside is basic as well. They had a tv playing music but the walls are bare and with little fare but the price and the portions, it was worth it. A pretty good place to get Americanized Asian food. It focuses mostly on items like noodles and pho because of course it's in the the name of the place. Noodles Pho U has a few locations and this one is in Bolingbrook among a bunch of chain restaurants. Has some other things like teas with boba. The pho and food is pretty okay but isn't anything special. For sure most people come here to get pho especially when the weather is cold. It's unfortunately not a good choice for vegetarians but there's some more options. They have lots of other entrees and some of these have a side of rice. I came here recently with my one female friend. This place is best known for pho. Also they have drinks. They have Fresh Fruit Spritzer. It's $4.50 for a regular. You choose 2 fruits to mix in this. Also you can add flavor for an extra charge. We knew we weren't going to get pho because there's no kinds that are vegan. Another option that turned out good was the Basil. It's $8.95 for a pretty big portion at lunch. This has steamed rice and a choice of a protein. Lots of vegetables in it. The price for this is okay but there's things a lot more expensive such as the bowls of pho. Has lots of healthy and warm stuff here. It's worth checking out this location or another least once. This place used to be good but lately the food has been meh. Portions are getting smaller and is anyone tasting the food they're making? I ordered the papaya salad thinking it would be salad sized. As you can see in the picture it's very small. Also they slice the shrimp in half to make it seem like you have a lot. No. I got 3 whole shrimp that were sliced in half. First time visiting yesterday & I am utterly disappointed I ordered Spicy Pho Ga nothing about the broth was spicy it actually had no taste at all there was no spicy chili crisp in the bag or in the broth. The vegetables did not look fresh. I was charged 3$ extra for 2 cups of sriracha (that should've came with the spicy pho) the prices online did not match the prices I was charged! I love coming here! The food is delicious but their Beef Cube served over Tomato Rice is really on a different level. The flavor profile is superb! Due to COVID-19, they only do pickup and delivery. I have noticed that the portions are smaller than they normally are when I dine-in which is a bit of a bummer. The portion of rice to beef is also kind of a letdown as they are so heavy on the rice and give a small amount of beef. Whenever I've dined in, I've never had that issue. Regardless, it's totally worth it. I just wish their prices aren't so high for their take-out menu as the portions are not the same as dine-in. Some other highlights are their Pad See Ew with Tofu. I also absolutely LOVE the Coco Loco shake. It's bursting with flavor! Noodles Pho U has a lot of great options. I've come here countless times with a big group and they've always been accomodating. The decor is simple yet refreshing. There is room for improvement for their takeout prices and portions as they are inconsistent. This isn't your average Asian restaurant, they are a bit more upscale and that reflects on their pricepoint which I find fair whenever I dine-in. Then when it came time to settle the bill, we as customers typically give a reasonable gratuity but the bill had a "service charge" already added on top of the bill and when paying it prompts if we wanted to add more as a tip! Great food. My son wanted Pho and we live out in the country so hardly have the opportunity to go. We stopped here on the way home from Chicago. The service was great and quick. I originally ordered pad Thai but it was too spicy foe me. The owner graciously changed it for the pad see ew that he said would be sweet not spicy. It was very tasty with lots of veggies too. My son loved the soup which had lots of veggies (we ordered extra) and a good amount of noodles and chicken too. We also got tasty fried spring rolls. At Noodles Pho U, our $10.55 Pho consisted of broth, maybe two spoonful of meat (this was supposed to be a variety of meat), could not find the noodles under the mountain of bean sprouts. Pretty consistent dining experiences here, that contains a fusion style cuisine between Thai and Vietnamese, among others. I'm usually ordering Pho soup during these cold winter days and their broth is comparable to any of the top rated restaurants in Chicago. This place have had a few ownership changes in the past 3-4 months so it was confusing at first to arrive at a Noodles Pho U address, to see a giant Bok Choy sign at the restaurant. While it did took them a while to finish the name transition, eventually, they did put up an updated sign and this Chinese/Sushi restaurant is now a Vietnamese/Chinese/Thai/Korean pan asian place of cuisine. I've been here twice up to date and originally, my first thought of it was a "meh". Their Pho was A-OK but it just took a really long time for the order to come out.. like 20-30 min wait long. I'm Vietnamese and I'm my bar for Vietnamese food is a bit higher since I know what tastes good to me and what doesn't, and I also have a certain wait time expectation since most Pho and noodle dishes should have their broth prepared ahead of time, so I'm not sure what could cause them to take that long. I went home that day thinking this place is 3 stars at best. Nevertheless, my family gave it another try today and my taste buds told me differently, 4 stars. The wait time for 4 people (3 dishes, 1 appetizer, 2 smoothies) were still the same however. I clocked them at about 30-35 min wait. However, everything came out tasting really good, savory, flavored just right (not too salty or bland) and that really made up for the wait time. The server, Truc, was very nice and polite and were friendly toward us and kept us updated with the wait (a small gesture that was appreciated when most restaurants lacked). Here's my report card of this place: #50 Banh Xeo- B+ (8 pieces in small ceramic plates, authentic to taste, flavorful, good, and should be eaten right away when hot for optimal taste, once it's cold, you wont get the full flavor) $8.95 is a little pricey but since this isn't a common dish at most restaurants, it's worth a try. Would be nice if they lowered the price on this a bit. It's costing as much as an entree for app. #200 Bun Thit Nuong- A+. At first I thought this portion was small, but I ended up not finishing it (could be due to my smoothie drink I had been sipping). The pork was VERY flavorful and true to Vietnamese cuisine, the noodles were soft and not dry, pickled radishes and lettuce was fresh and compliments the dish. I would get this again! $8.95 is about right for this. Other dishes that I didn't ordered but my family did was #122 Pho Special and #300 Pork Chop Rice. You can request to have a sunny side egg with the latter dish (true to how Vietnamese people eat it). My family said both dish were decent and they finished it all. Rice is sometimes a miss or hit dish, since some restaurant can cook it well or undercook it or have it to dry, and that can really break or make a dish. If the rice is too dry, then you don't have that to compliment the flavor of the dish. In addition, nuoc mam, or fish sauce is also another break or make it ingredient. It is the final flavor of everything Vietnamese. This restaurant make the fish sauce well, and I heard the rice was okay, sounds good. Smoothies I recommend and have tried: Avocado and Papaya. My favorite being avocado. They used fresh fruits here and may put a bit more ice and sugar into it, so it can taste sweet but over all, their smoothies are decent at $3.50-$4.75/drink. There is Lunch/Dinner special here but nothing on that menu is Vietnamese, only basic Chinese dishes so I would personally take a pass. There is delivery here with a $10 purchase minimum. Ambience is very casual and in need of some redecoration, a about 8 tables of 4 can fit here, so it's not really a large place. My final verdict for this place, if you're nearby, give it a try. I certainly will come back. However, it's NOT a place to go when you're in a hurry. Give yourself at least 30 minutes for the food to come out. I think they are low in staff so service and food is a bit slow. Other than that, I'm coming back here for my Vietnamese cravings. Check it out! :) read more

They delivered on time and very accommodating on my special request on steamed veggies and chicken breast meat. We had ordered Pho, Thai green curry, Chinese stir fry, and steamed dishes. I would not say they were outstanding dishes but decent for our group. I would say their Thai dishes are better than Chinese ones. The Pho was pretty tasty. I have never been to the restaurant in person. Only ever ordered online. The delivery takes a while and the online ordering is a little clunky. Plus, the online menu lacks some pictures and description... Thank goodness for Yelp menu photos! I have only ever dealt with the staff once and it was because they were out of the tea/smoothie we ordered. They weren't rude it was just fairly obvious English wasn't their first language and were in a rush. They still apologized and substituted what we requested for drinks. So overall no problems with staff. They have a large selection of choices and allow you to make some changes to your order so you *know* everything is cooked in house and not pulled out of a freezer bag. I highly recommend the coconut spicy with shrimp. So far it's my favorite thing on the menu. 10/10! read more
