Fresh Fruit Spritzer And Basil Tofu
    Steve A.

A pretty good place to get Americanized Asian food. It focuses mostly on items like noodles and pho because of course it's in the the name of the place. Noodles Pho U has a few locations and this one is in Bolingbrook among a bunch of chain restaurants. Has some other things like teas with boba. The pho and food is pretty okay but isn't anything special. For sure most people come here to get pho especially when the weather is cold. It's unfortunately not a good choice for vegetarians but there's some more options. They have lots of other entrees and some of these have a side of rice. I came here recently with my one female friend. This place is best known for pho. Also they have drinks. They have Fresh Fruit Spritzer. It's $4.50 for a regular. You choose 2 fruits to mix in this. Also you can add flavor for an extra charge. We knew we weren't going to get pho because there's no kinds that are vegan. Another option that turned out good was the Basil. It's $8.95 for a pretty big portion at lunch. This has steamed rice and a choice of a protein. Lots of vegetables in it. The price for this is okay but there's things a lot more expensive such as the bowls of pho. Has lots of healthy and warm stuff here. It's worth checking out this location or another least once. The pho is okay but don't forget about the rest because this isn't the only thing.

    Not so spicy papaya salad

This place used to be good but lately the food has been meh. Portions are getting smaller and is anyone tasting the food they're making? I ordered the papaya salad thinking it would be salad sized. As you can see in the picture it's very small. Also they slice the shrimp in half to make it seem like you have a lot. No. I got 3 whole shrimp that were sliced in half. I was in the restaurant business for over 25 yrs. Y'all out here charging ppl 13.95 for salad that costs you no more than 2.50 to make? At least give me more WHOLE shrimp for that price. This was in the appetizer section so maybe price it accordingly. Also the shrimp were not cleaned properly. And it's not spicy at all. Anytime I have to season food I ordered that's a problem. It was very sweet, no salt, no spice. Also got a peach boba with passionfruit..it tastes like just sugar. There's no flavor whatsoever just sweet. I added some lime juice to make it more palatable. I will not be ordering from them again

Out of all the locations his is the one to go to!! The food here is much better than the other location. My husband ate the whole thing. So it was good. The children pad Thai was good. Kung pao chicken was very good. The Thai tea was yummy. But too much ice. We will be back to this location.

    Beef Cube over Tomato Rice

I love coming here! The food is delicious but their Beef Cube served over Tomato Rice is really on a different level. The flavor profile is superb! Due to COVID-19, they only do pickup and delivery. I have noticed that the portions are smaller than they normally are when I dine-in which is a bit of a bummer. The portion of rice to beef is also kind of a letdown as they are so heavy on the rice and give a small amount of beef. Whenever I've dined in, I've never had that issue. Regardless, it's totally worth it. I just wish their prices aren't so high for their take-out menu as the portions are not the same as dine-in. Some other highlights are their Pad See Ew with Tofu. I also absolutely LOVE the Coco Loco shake. It's bursting with flavor! Noodles Pho U has a lot of great options. I've come here countless times with a big group and they've always been accomodating. The decor is simple yet refreshing. There is room for improvement for their takeout prices and portions as they are inconsistent. This isn't your average Asian restaurant, they are a bit more upscale and that reflects on their pricepoint which I find fair whenever I dine-in. I look forward to my next meal at Noodles Pho U!

Tofu pad see ew. Awesome taste!

The pho is very plain. The broth could definitely be more flavorful. The summer rolls are really good though!

Ordered Bun Bo Hue and Vegan Pho, came out fast, tasted good and was well priced. Dine in closes an hour before closing time.

Not nearly as good as it was last time I was there. The service was slow. The Pho Tai was too greasy!

We've brought traveling friends and family here, and it never misses. The portion sizes are fantastic--we highly recommend the Shrimp Spring Rolls and the Viet Taste Starter Platter, which is an amazing deal. For our main courses, we usually go with the V032 Pho Dac Biet (the broth is so comforting!) and the V070 Double 'B' Banh Mi. Occasionally, I'll opt for the V062 Marinated Pork Chop with Honey Sausage and Fried Eggs, which is always delicious. Located in Pacifica Square near the Fox Valley Mall, it's such a fun, cozy atmosphere. They usually play acoustic guitar covers of pop songs in the background, which adds a really nice touch to the experience. If you're looking for high-quality, consistent Vietnamese food, this is the place!

I got the V045 which is pho with Well Done Beef Brisket, Eye Round Steak Slices, Tripe, which I usually get when I go to a Pho Noodle Station location. The pho came out and the first few bites satisfied the pho craving. But the cuts of meat weren't the best and the broth didn't taste fresh. It was hard to finish the bowl, although the portion size was generous. It probably didn't help that we were seated next to the kitchen, and the doors would swing open every few minutes and smells of dish soap would waft through. I usually love Pho Noodle Station, especially the location in Champaign, but this was a disappointing experience. Not sure if the stores are related, but I wish the quality was as good as that location.

I also had couple of the waffles to go and this is where things kinda start falling apart a little and literally.
