The restaurant is Ok...storage up front. The Mongolian beef very flavorful, the fried rice was bland. I added some bean sprouts & egg. Orange chicken & empress chicken was the same meat just with different sauce. Egg rolls were average. No sauces were in the bag! That was a bummer would have helped the egg roll & bland rice. Take out order was very disappointing and we had a large order. The Beef Chop Suey was terrible. The beef was rubbery and couldn't be cut so who would want to swallow it. There was NO flavor. Just happy that I found a decent AYCE sushi place near me. The owner is very friendly and I hope she follows thru on reducing the amount of rice they have on their Sushi. I used Sakura Nami in Clarendon Hills as the prime example and that place is always bustling w customers. Sakura is known be generous w their sushi size and very small amount of rice. So we like Asian Harbor's food. Good value and friendly service. But they just do not seem well organized. We live 10-15 minutes away. Originally Grubhub reported the order would be here in 30-50 minutes. But it took about 1.5 hours. Another visit this year when we picked up the food they didn't have our order at all although it was confirmed. And other times we have waited there for our carry outs much longer than we were told. We ordered takeout, and the workers were very helpful with my dairy allergy. They informed me on which rolls I couldn't eat that might have cross-contamination. The fried rice lacked flavor and was cooked different than the typical Chinese fried rice. I can't speak for the sushi but they look delicious, I'm sure I'll be returning to try those. I was in Lockport by chance and came across this place because I saw the incredibly reasonable price for all you can eat sushi! Probably around $28-30 if you include tax and tip. To be honest, we ordered our first round and were pretty disappointed with how long it was taking, but then it came and my jaw dropped. The presentation was gorgeous. All the beautiful sushi I ordered was on a gorgeous wooden boat with a soy sauce dispenser literally steaming out wonderful mist. The presentation was A++++. The second round I obviously wasn't expecting the same thing since it was so much, but I was still pleasantly surprised to see that they arranged the sushi in an aesthetic flower pattern with a cute plastic tree on the dish. They really go all out for how it looks! The sushi itself was great! The fish all tasted fresh and I liked every piece I had. Unfortunately, the one low point was the sushi rice. There was way too much rice, and there was too much vinegar making it have an odd taste to it. But for all you can eat, I will live with slightly odd tasting rice. I am in Lockport for work and thought I'd give this place a try. I am happy I did. The menu has a huge selection of both Chinese and Japanese foods. I opted for Chinese and ordered the Spicy Chicken with Garlic sauce dinner. It came with a pork egg roll that was very good. The chicken was served with all the veggies and chicken fried rice. I love the service and the sushi here. It's the best in the area. If you're looking for good Mongolian beef, orange chicken, or general tso chicken i wouldn't order it here. Personally I'd say their sauces are too sweet. I like general tso chicken spicy and that's not how it is here. That being said their Japanese food is good and their curry is delicious. Placed an order here on GrubHub. After multiple delays, I received a call from someone saying they were calling the restaurant saying that my order was cancelled per the customer's request. I told them I was the customer and I have been patiently waiting for my order to be delivered and then they immediately then blamed the GrubHub driver. I got off the phone and immediately called GrubHub to understand what was going on. The restaurant called again as i was on the phone with GrubHub and then follow up with a harassing text to me, picture attached.
