Had to give a star since a zero wasn't a option. Greeted with a total attitude and was shitty when asked us what we wanted to drink. Can't tell ya how the food is we never got that far since we left after the drink question. I wouldn't tell someone i hate to go here and no wonder its always empty. Do yourself a favor and don't bother with this shit hole. read more

Excellant Sushi, Crab Ragoon, Steak/Scallops Habachi and Teriyki Steak were all great!

The restaurant is Ok...storage up front. The Mongolian beef very flavorful, the fried rice was bland. I added some bean sprouts & egg. Orange chicken & empress chicken was the same meat just with different sauce. Egg rolls were average. No sauces were in the bag! That was a bummer would have helped the egg roll & bland rice. We got 2 dinners & a lunch at lunchtime just for the egg rolls. read more

Horrible food! Waiter misunderstood our order because he did not speak a word of English. After another wrong order, we gave up and gave it a try. Nasty. Not worth the trip. read more

I used to really enjoy coming here. The people were always nice. The food was always excellent many times I would have that all you can eat sushi and everything is always delivered. Perfect every single time. I haven't been much the last couple of years, but my wife was just in there today, a spicy tuna roll and I will tell you that it was disgusting. I don't use that term loosely. I literally couldn't stomach the sushi. I will not go back, ever. Please beware. read more

-egg drop soup: plenty of egg, bland broth (no Umami) -Kung Pau Beef, tasty, lots of Vegetables, "Skimpy" on the protein -Sushi Combo: Fish was slimy a bit, gave one of us the "Runs". Seemed old -Service: friendly and decent -Pricing: Ok, no deal here. -Be back?: Probably not Side note: They have a bar stacked with bottles of liquor. However, there was a sign at the entry stating: We do not serve liquor anymore. Maybe they lost their liquor license read more

Was just there for the first time for lunch today. The food was nothing spectacular, chicken soup was bland, and the egg rolls were like dry hard rocks. Service was ok, but we were the only ones there. Which should have been a big clue. I unfortunately would not recommend this place. read more

Take out order was very disappointing and we had a large order. The Beef Chop Suey was terrible. The beef was rubbery and couldn't be cut so who would want to swallow it. There was NO flavor. The Szechuan Beef was not even close to being even alittle spicy. However, the Orange chicken and Sesame chicken seemed ok. The Pork egg roll and vegatable egg roll were substandard compared to other Chinese restaurants. Their idea of beef on a stick is sad and not at all what you would expect!. Unlike other Chinese food this food had no mouthwatering aroma. Will not be going back. read more

Just happy that I found a decent AYCE sushi place near me. The owner is very friendly and I hope she follows thru on reducing the amount of rice they have on their Sushi. I used Sakura Nami in Clarendon Hills as the prime example and that place is always bustling w customers. Sakura is known be generous w their sushi size and very small amount of rice. Will be back here again to Asian Harbor as it is too close to home to avoid, and we love sushi. read more

Back up to 5 stars. They're more relaxed now and pretty chill. Their food stayed top notch during the pandemic and they handled dine in pretty well with limited staff. Between this place, Great Wall, and ZaapZaap, super ecstatic to have multiple asian cuisine options in Lockport. read more

Close to our hotel and the family we were visiting, so tried them out during the cold snap Christmas week. Ordered online and given wait times, but those ended up being extended about 20 minutes. Food was very good...we had chicken lo mein, veggie and shrimp egg foo young, beef with broccoli and crab Rangoon. Everyone was happy! read more

Always has solid food. I typically get your American/Chinese stuff like orange chicken, general tso, etc. Definitely worth a try if you're in town. read more

We ordered takeout, and the workers were very helpful with my dairy allergy. They informed me on which rolls I couldn't eat that might have cross-contamination. When I called, they were able to have me pick it up in 15 minutes! Super quick and compatible. The veggie and california roll were nothing special, I've had better. But my dad, who doesn't really like sushi, loved it!! He ate the shrimp tempura and sweet potato roll. My sister also loved the shrimp tempura and sweet potato roll. read more

So we like Asian Harbor's food. Good value and friendly service. But they just do not seem well organized. We live 10-15 minutes away. Originally Grubhub reported the order would be here in 30-50 minutes. But it took about 1.5 hours. Another visit this year when we picked up the food they didn't have our order at all although it was confirmed. And other times we have waited there for our carry outs much longer than we were told. I guess you just need to be a more patient person than us. read more

Eh.... Can't phrase it any other way. I had the chicken egg foo young with fried rice and it was just sub par. The fried rice lacked flavor and was cooked different than the typical Chinese fried rice. I can't speak for the sushi but they look delicious, I'm sure I'll be returning to try those. The staff is very friendly and courteous! read more

Absolute garbage. Ordered for delivery and everything we got was terrible. Everything tasted over-salted or grossly-sweet. Wish there were better Chinese options on GrubHub, fucking big mistaken read more

Everytime my parents and wife come here the food is excellent. Joann who is always our server is so nice, speedy with service and super friendly. The best shrimp fried rice, sushi and egg rolls. Definitely check this great restauran. read more

BEWARE. Not only was service extremely slow because the only worker was sitting at a table talking to her friends but I got food poisoning. FOOD POISONING. I have never felt so sick in my life. The smell of the sushi was extremely strong. The left overs I brought home when straight to the trash. Never again. read more

Used to like this place until last night. Went there for a pickup and noticed the restaurant is very unsanitary. The lady working there handles food and money without washing hands. Very disgusting. Today, my husband and I are sick with food poisoning. Will never go back read more

I keep trying and I keep being let down. Just got 3 sushi rolls and they are barely edible. I can't even finish. Waste of money, waste of time. I recommend Kitaro in Lemont or WOW Sushi in Homer Glen over this, hands down. Had the super Sear (disgusting and nothing was "seared") the spicy tuna (ok at best) and the rainbow roll (salmon was slimey). I want it to be good cause it's so close, it's just not. I have had some of they more traditional rice and noodle dishes before and they are fine.. hence the 2 stars. read more

I ordered from this place over a year ago. The food was not the best and I let them know they messed up my order. I called today to try after all this time and the place would not even take my order as it was flagged in their system. What a joke. They r not concerned with having happy customers. Stay away! read more

Ordered a small special combination chicken and shrimp fried rice with vegetables. It was very delicious and the portion was enough to fill you up. A little pricey but I'd say it's worth it, I loved it. read more

Great food. We had a large group and everyone was happy with their meals. Portions are great size. Price is good.

This is the best Chinese restaurant in the area by far! Never disappoints, always fresh!

Can't comment on the service due to COVID but I would rate the food as average. We ordered two dishes and a sushi roll. Average quality on the food, nothing to run back to (unless you are stuck in Lockport with no other Chinese options). The roll was probably the best of all three items, but again, nothing to jump up and scream about and nothing to say bad about. It was "okay" read more

Absolutely Dreadfully Dreadful for my group but my meal was succulent ........................zzzzzzzzz zzzzzzzzz z

Great food worst service in Lockport. They don't understand your order. They will lose your order and you will wait for hours for your food read more

Tried this local place by someone's recommendation and was very surprised how tasty and good it was! All sushi rolls, Mongolian beef and shrimp with veggies were freshly made, good quality ingredients and interesting but very delicious sauces. Fast, good, hot, tasty, and I recommend Togo service. Gotta get the General Tso and Beef Broccoli and eat together.

I was in Lockport by chance and came across this place because I saw the incredibly reasonable price for all you can eat sushi! Probably around $28-30 if you include tax and tip. To be honest, we ordered our first round and were pretty disappointed with how long it was taking, but then it came and my jaw dropped. The presentation was gorgeous. All the beautiful sushi I ordered was on a gorgeous wooden boat with a soy sauce dispenser literally steaming out wonderful mist. The presentation was A++++. The second round I obviously wasn't expecting the same thing since it was so much, but I was still pleasantly surprised to see that they arranged the sushi in an aesthetic flower pattern with a cute plastic tree on the dish. They really go all out for how it looks! The sushi itself was great! The fish all tasted fresh and I liked every piece I had. Unfortunately, the one low point was the sushi rice. There was way too much rice, and there was too much vinegar making it have an odd taste to it. But for all you can eat, I will live with slightly odd tasting rice. Will come back if I'm ever in the area! read more

LOVE this place!!! The lady who works lunch shift is so sweet and efficient. She always gets the order correct and it's always ready really fast (10-15 minutes for pickup average). This is my favorite lunch place and I will sincerely miss stopping by there now that I'm not in Lockport anymore. I will always make a point to stop there if I'm ever in town again for lunch. read more

This place is great , Very nice people and great food. Definitely now on my list to have dinner when traveling

Use to be yummy food... Last to go order was like worst generals chicken in my life So sad .. read more

I hesitated when I walked in, the decor was outdated and place was so small. But the sushi we ordered was incredible! Fresh, innovative and beautifully presented. Our new favorite! read more

I am in Lockport for work and thought I'd give this place a try. I am happy I did. The menu has a huge selection of both Chinese and Japanese foods. I opted for Chinese and ordered the Spicy Chicken with Garlic sauce dinner. It came with a pork egg roll that was very good. The chicken was served with all the veggies and chicken fried rice. This my friends was scrumptious, not too hot and spicy. I think next time I will have to order extra spicy because I like mine hot. The serving was large enough to share. read more

Worst Chinese food I've ever had. Paid $6.75 per beef skewer and liked rubber meat, I couldn't even choke down my beef lo mein bc like chewing gum and my husband took two bites of his cashew chicken entree and he refused anymore and threw it out. Absolutely disgusting food. I should add photos. Don't order from here! read more

The food wasn't bad but it wasn't the best I've had the orange chicken was absolutely dreadful. I don't think this is the place to go. There best menus items was the gyoza and or the sushi. read more

I love the service and the sushi here. It's the best in the area. If you're looking for good Mongolian beef, orange chicken, or general tso chicken i wouldn't order it here. Personally I'd say their sauces are too sweet. I like general tso chicken spicy and that's not how it is here. That being said their Japanese food is good and their curry is delicious. They have decent portion sizes. It's a bit pricey but not gonna break the bank. Overall I like the place read more

Placed an order here on GrubHub. After multiple delays, I received a call from someone saying they were calling the restaurant saying that my order was cancelled per the customer's request. I told them I was the customer and I have been patiently waiting for my order to be delivered and then they immediately then blamed the GrubHub driver. I got off the phone and immediately called GrubHub to understand what was going on. The restaurant called again as i was on the phone with GrubHub and then follow up with a harassing text to me, picture attached. Would never give this place another chance at my business for their lack of professionalism and terrible attitude towards customers. read more
