Giant Rice Krispie!
Britta F.

I grew up with Noodles & Co. in Wisconsin. I have ordered delivery from this location quite a bit but today was first time going in. The restaurant area was super clean! Awesome location! I was able to walk over after dropping my car off at Jiffy Lube. They claim the Rice Krispies are homemade. They do taste like it! Delish and huge!!! I had the new crispy chicken Alfredo... wow the chicken was sooooooooo good!!!! So surprised!!! The soda machine is a Coke freestyle so you can add flavors to it! Awesome!!! Definitely will be back!

Penne Rosa

The noodles are pretty dry and it only came with 3 pieces of spinach haha i've had better locations than this one ! Also very little sauce and cheese, mostly just plain noodles.

I'll take your order sir

This Pene Rosa is not a worth the $8.39 I paid for it. There was a long line of people, and only one cashier. I don't understand why this pasta is cold, dry, and topped with greasy dried out chicken! Terrible. The last time I ate here I said No more, but today I bit the bullet, and tried it again. It hasn't gotten any better. Won't be back.

Thai green curry with shrimp, mac and cheese with meatballs, and chicken cavatappi
Shirley Z.

Clean restaurant, friendly service, and decent food. The only complaint I had was that my takeout took over ten minutes. I ordered the Thai green curry, mac and cheese with meatballs, and pesto cavatappi. My favorite was definitely the Thai green curry, it's a 10/10. The mac and cheese was good for the first few bites, but the bottom had water that wasn't drained from the pasta. The pesto cavatappi was just okay, probably won't get it next time. Overall a mediocre experience here. However, I strongly recommend the Thai green curry.

Burned noodles! 3 pieces of broccoli with cilantro on top.

Picture is worth a thousand words. What a joke. This is theor large portion. Will never eat here again.

Bland flavorless chicken noodle soup
John C.

Haven't been here in a long time. Last I remember it wasn't that good. My wife wasn't feeling too well and was craving some soup and didn't want to go to sweet tomatoes so I suggested she try some chicken noodle soup. Went and put in a to-go order one with chicken noodle soup for my wife and a small cup of tomato basil for me. Chicken noodle soup was flavorless, chicken was dry and overcooked and the noodles were undercooked. My tomato basil wasn't too bad, it had decent flavor and was very thick. We will stick to Sweet Tomatoes for their soup. Not sure we will be going back to this location again.

Snow + Noodles = Good stuff

Every time we come to Salt Lake City (Midvale) to go skiing and stay with our Auntie, we usually stop at Noodles & Company. This place is just around the corner from her house and is quick and tasty. This time I had ordered the Trio which you can order any small noodle dish, add to it, chicken, beef, shrimp, meatballs or tofu, then add a side soup or salad and for only $7.50 plus tax, how can you go wrong. My trio started with the Indonesian Peanut Saute (spicy) added chicken with a chicken noodle soup. The others in the group got the Pad Thai noodles, Mushroom Stroganoff with beef, Penne Rosa with tofu. I'm just going to say that we all liked our food and we will always come to the Noodle & Company in Midvale. We are not BIG food critics, but if it taste go we'll always return as we have done for the past four years. Give them a try instead of the fast food burgers joints. It's clean, their friendly, polite and best of all, free refills on you soft drinks.

Always a plus to see an Aperol Spritz on the menu though, my favorite. Our food was a little hit and miss. My friend's clam pasta had the workings of an amazing dish, but it needed salt and more lemon to really make the flavors punch. Our ravioli was incredible, but might I suggest a slightly larger serving size to really be filling. The Quattro Formaggi pizza was good, but not the most memorable dish of the night. That was my friend's lasagna. That gets 10 stars. Also 10 stars to the lemon cake. It was incredible. Our server was charismatic.

(I should have written this review years ago, to be honest!) The sandwiches are consistently phenomenal... premium meats & delicious cheeses layered perfectly on fresh, flavorful bread. I'm a fan of "The Old School," but honestly you can't go wrong with any of the options. And no surprise, just like the downtown SLC location, the staff are friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. They keep things moving smoothly yet never make you feel rushed. This location is a bit calmer and more relaxed than their downtown SLC location. We all know Holladay is...affluent, and their village is such a cute area that invites you to slow down and enjoy your meal. And, of course, the market is half the fun. Imported Italian specialties, incredible chocolates, and loads of pantry items...We always leave with something we didn't plan to get. Amazing food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps you coming back. A true favorite of ours and easily one of the best lunch spots in the area.

It actually reminded me of the markets I visited in the Czech Republic when I was a kid -- that same warmth, authenticity, and attention to detail. I ordered the Whole size "Old School" and took it to-go. This sandwich was delicious: The Italian cold cuts, Cacio de Roma cheese, lettuce, tomato, olive oil, balsamic, and a roasted red pepper spread that tied it all together beautifully. No heat, just a touch of sweetness -- and I was into it. The bread held up perfectly without overpowering the fillings. Every bite was balanced and satisfying. And then... the tiramisu. Silky, rich, heavy on the espresso, not too sweet, and just enough cocoa to finish it off right. Easily one of the best I've had in Salt Lake. Service was friendly, fast, and genuine. Whether you're wanting to grab lunch or treating yourself to a little dessert moment, Caputo's delivers quality without trying too hard. Beyond the food, definitely check out their awesome inventory too -- the shelves are full of unique, high-quality imports, snacks, and specialty goods you won't find just anywhere. A little up there in price but SO worth it! I'll definitely be back!

Simply delectable. Our entrees were short rib ravioli and chicken mushroom ravioli. The short rib was melt-in-your-mouth tender with a pinot noir sauce inside and out. Chicken mushroom ravioli was accompanied by a fresh and tastebud-satisfying basil pesto. All raviolis were made at order and generously filled. Pasta was a bit more al dente for the chicken from its shorter cooking time, but make mistake that both were perfect. Throughout our time, Susy came out and visited with us during different cooking stages. She shared stories about the rice she uses for her arancini (not arborio) to make it more authentic to its Sicilian roots, how tomatoes make the difference, and how she's adapted her recipes to maintain flavor in the more arid Salt Lake valley. You really feel invested in what you're about to enjoy when you learn how she works hard at all the details. It's safe to say that you'll likely be full when leaving, but none of it will feel heavy. You'll feel full of Susy's love for Sicilian and southern Italian food. Not a single open table. PACKED. And honestly... now I get it. I'll be real--I went in a little unsure. Most of the reviews are a few years old, and while there are photos posted by the owner, they don't say what anything is (which made ordering a bit of a guessing game). A few things I asked about were actually old specials... which was a little disappointing. BUT--this is where it turned. Our server went out of his way to ask the kitchen if they could recreate a taco salad I saw in one of the photos... and they said yes. Immediate gold star. And when the food came out?? Massive. Like... borderline shocking portions. My taco salad was on a giant Navajo taco base and LOADED--cheesesteak-style meat, fajita onions, peppers, lettuce, tomato, avocado, chipotle dressing, salsa... every bite was so good. And somehow it all stayed in place (which if you've ever fought a falling-apart taco salad, you know matters ). My husband got the fish and chips and I'm usually not a fish and chips girl--but this?? I'd order it myself next time. Flaky, moist fish with the crispiest, lightest batter. So, so good. We finished with cheesecake (raspberry key lime + blueberry sour cream). They were good and fresh, but not quite as wow as the entrees--just wished they were a little creamier and the key lime had more tang. But overall? We walked in unsure... and left already planning what we'd order next time. Safe to say: totally unexpected, totally impressed, and 100% coming back.
