These were crispy and flavorful and packed with filling. Served with a chili sauce. These might have been the best spring rolls I've ever had. Next was Chicken Pad Thai. Served with peanut and a lime wedge on the side. The Pad Thai noodles and sauce were fantastic. I requested "medium spicy" and they nailed that. The one issue I had was I found the chicken a little rubbery. Asian restaurants usually "velvet" the protein tenderize. The mouth feel on this suggested it was not tenderize. Overall, everything was good enough that I would definitely consider going back and giving them a second chance. Maybe a beef dish.

We ordered the Satay Chicken, Crab and Shrimp dumplings, edamame as appetizers. The satay skewers was really good and generous portions, I liked both sauce offerings. Dumplings were also really good with the plum sauce. For entrees we ordered the Crispy Tempura Duck and Chicken Pad Thai. The duck was delicious and the pad thai was great. Overall, I'm glad Nooddi is in my area. Will definitely be stopping by often.

This location uses fresh real young bamboo. Decent portions too, I was very happy with my meal and will return to try drunken noodles and pineapple fried rice.

The restaurant is definitely a hidden gem. Located near Rita's. It's in a very small parking lot. Easy to miss but hard to forget.
