The "chicken" was almost entirely breading, severely overcooked, and so hard it was difficult to chew. It was completely inedible, and my kids wouldn't even eat it. The most disturbing part was finding what appeared to be a dead gnat or small fly fried into and stuck to a piece of the chicken. Seeing an insect in my food immediately made us throw the entire meal away. No customer should ever have to worry about something like that. I also ordered Chinese donuts, and they arrived without the usual sugar coating. They were plain, bland, and lacked the sweet flavor they're supposed to have. It may seem like a small detail, but missing one simple ingredient completely changed the product and made them disappointing to eat. Sometimes it's the little things that make all the difference. To make matters worse, the order appeared to have been handled carelessly. A cold soda was placed directly on top of the hot food, and the chicken container was open and resting against the drink when it arrived. I paid good money expecting a safe, fresh meal for my family, but instead received food that was inedible and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I understand that mistakes happen, but this order had multiple issues that should never have made it out the door.
