Obviously the refund is much appreciated, but I still plan on doing future purchases with a reputable vendor who does not tamper with manufacturer's stickers and serial numbers (Any manufacturer warranties/recalls are void without the sticker containing serial numbers). To the business owner, if you are sure that you are not scamming people with faulty products, provide some warranty on stuff like that.
