Grilled black cod was another great item. Crispy and juicy, just perfectly done. Blue fine tuna was covered by salty marinated sauce which was great when wrapped with seaweed. Cooked egg was just ok Tenpura - Seafood stuffed vegetable was my favorite. Others were also decent. Highlight and stand out item was 9 pieces of sushi. Honmaguro(bluefine tuna) was good. I wish this item could be a bit more softer and buttery, but it was still good. Akaebi(red shrimp) and Hokkaido sea urchin - Lightly torched the top of sea urchin and its smokiness brought out more sweetness flavor of Akaebi(red shrimp) Hokkaido Scallop - Very smooth, soft and nice texture. Delicious. Kinmedai(Gold eye snapper) -- My favorite. Texture was very soft and chewy, It was great item. Hokkaido sea urchin - Actually, this one was just ok. I wish it could be more creamy. Unagi - One of the best item. It was so fluffy and soft right after chef cooked and served. This is a must try item. Daily miso soup with clam - I can taste fish broth (dashi) flavor so well.
