Best car buying experience EVER! UNIQUE! All the cars are beautifully detailed and kept indoors…read moreso they stay that way - believe me, if there's a leak anywhere, you'll see it on the shiny floor! Prices are reasonable and fair. After looking for an affordable, late model, reliable and clean Town and Country, all over SoFlo, on every major car site, it was great to finally find the one right in my own backyard in Pompano Beach! Steven and Jacob are respectful, bright, young, totally professional, and honorable. They made it easy, with no pressure and no hustle. Then, when my mechanic checked out the car and told me 3 tires were bad, I went back and they replaced them with no drama. Monster Cars ROCK!

Jacobo and Steven were great. The buying process was very smooth. Jacobo set up the agreements to the purchase just as we had verbally agreed to. I highly recommend this business if you are looking for a vehicle. Very professional, well kept, and honest business. It is no coincidence that in an industry such as car sales, where it is so common that a dealership will have poor reviews, Monster Cars has such excellent and well deserved reviews. (Go ahead and search other car dealerships and you'll see that it's very common to find mediocre or poor ratings... so when you find a great one, like Monster Cars, best believe it's worth consideration to look through their car inventory when your car shopping.) Plus it's great to know you are contributing to an honest and independently own business! Thanks y'all, God bless.

I usually don't write negative reviews, but to save you the trouble, I can't in good faith…read morerecommend buying from this company. I tried to give it a chance, but after this encounter, I can't say they are the best to go with. If you can, it's better to just buy the vehicle straight from the maker's dealership. Instead of the whole story, I will list the pros and my story for the cons. *Pros* Fast - In and out in a few hours Friendly(ish) - Majority of the staff was welcoming *Cons* TLDR - Chad sold me a van and failed to mention all of it's multi-thousand dollar issues beforehand (check engine light came on the 2nd day after being bought!), and for some reason falsely accused me of lying on several occasions, which I considered odd as I took time out of my week trying to help us BOTH out and there is literally no reason to lie! I just wanted good service and to go on about my day! Very disappointed in how service and communication was conducted at Expert Auto Group. Summarized story: I bought a sprinter van with Chad being the one to sell it to me. Did a thorough walk-around and noticed it was pretty banged up but could possibly be fixed. Noticed light coming in through the van, and asked about it and he said it shouldn't be an issue. Bought it, then it rained a few days later and flooded a portion of the van next to the electronics I had there and almost got me ELECTROCUTED since I was near it! Confronted Chad and he insist there was no leak even though there was water in the van during our walk through before I bought it, but I thought it was something else, but then it started to click. Eventually he offered to fix it and I shopped around for days trying to look for the best price so that it wouldn't hurt any of our pockets and it was hard to get someone who could work on a van that size, so he offered to have someone he knows fix it. Dropped my van off for 4 days thinking this body shop guy is fixing the huge dent and leak spot that I've been telling Chad I can't find anyone to fix. This guy "fixes" the leak with some weird, ugly, white paste in 2 spots that of course doesn't match my van AND all the dents are still on the vehicle!!! Then Chad tells me out of nowhere it's $300 out of pocket for me! No heads up or anything on my 2hr 30min drive over here saying that I was going to pay that much, and no pictures to show what was done! I asked why this terrible job was $300 and where was the receipt and he asked me why I need a receipt.. The guy "supposedly" charged him $800 for the sloppy work and I am just supposed to believe it without an invoice or any proof. Could have just been making that number up! If he would have given me an estimate beforehand, like I gave him the courtesy of trying to find a good one for him, I would have told him I'll just buy the materials and he can cover a portion of that. Would have saved me the long drive and multiple days without a van. Plus I would have gotten some of the dents out as well for way less. Then I told him I already had to pay for a lot of damages to the vehicle after I drove it off the lot. Things he failed to mention that were busted before I bought this thing, like broken seatbelt sensor which cost $338. Also, the 2 front broken tire pressure sensors, clogged DPF filter, faulty up & downstream NOX sensors which all in total would have equaled a few THOUSAND more dollars, but my local Mercedes with ACTUAL 5 star service looked out for me and made me feel like they were actively trying to save me money with suggestions and tips! I mentioned the damages to Chad and he didn't believe me and wanted proof, yet he could not provide the proof of the $800 "roof leak fix". Then he said I did some major wiring in the van that could have caused some damage which shocked me because I was trying to figure out what he was talking about since I DIDN'T EVEN DO THAT! Just a straight lie! Also told him that I was going to need extra money saved up to upgrade the suspension because after driving it on the highway, I learned how dangerous these big vans are to drive when affected by crosswind. I lost control almost 10 times and no exaggeration almost d!ed next to a semi on the way to the dealership, and his reaction to that was sucking his teeth and saying I was over reacting and lying about that. This is how I know he wasn't even familiar with sprinter vans, because that is a widely known issue with these vans, and I only found out after I bought it. Anyway, now I'm down $300 more and drove home feeling conned. If 5 stars is what they wanted, it should have been a stress free buying experience! This was my first vehicle purchase ever and it was an expensive lesson. A true shame because I really wanted to like Expert Auto Group, but too much strange activity happened during and after the purchase. I'm not even a hard guy to please to be honest. Just the bare minimum and some honesty and is all it takes to get 5 stars from me.

    Wells Fargo Bank

    Wells Fargo Bank

I have been banking with Wells Fargo since 2014 with four different accounts. Never once have I…read moreever had a problem until the last month. March 2nd I deposited my husband's work check through my phone, and it went through of course and then all the sudden April 5th they tried telling me that somebody tried cashing that check that I had already deposited into my account a month prior. After several different phone calls I had several different excuses on why it happened only one of them admitted that it was their fault everybody else made excuses that it was my fault. But if they were to just look in their computer they would notice that I have never had a problem with Wells Fargo. And I know when I deposited that check through my phone that that check was ripped up immediately! So now they took that $483 out of my savings which was all the money I had and now they're telling me that I have to file a claim and wait up to 10 days to get any money back if at all. I even looked through all of my bank summaries and saw that there wete no duplicate entries, that check was not deposited twice into any of my accounts so why in the hell did they have the audacity to take it out of my account anyway even though the check was never cashed to begin with according to them them. It seems like they will do and say whatever they can to make them look good and us look like idiots because that's what they're trying to do to me but I have all of the documents all of the printouts to show that there was no fraudulent activity in my account whatsoever that check was not deposit into my account twice so why did they take it out at all? And most of all why didn't they call me when there was fraudulent activity going on in my account like they normally do? So something's not right with this Bank so needless to say as soon as I get this money back I am changing Banks immediately and I have four accounts with them! I have done absolutely nothing wrong! And it's a good thing that I check my banking everyday or else I would have not noticed that it was negative $483. And all they did was tell me that I have to wait up to 10 days to get any money back.. is that not the worst freaking BS you've ever heard in your life from a bank? And they're a good bank that's why I chose them. Why would they take that money out of my account if it was never even deposited twice now if it was deposited twice & they took it out once that's fine that's okay but it wasn't done there was no second deposit but yet they still took it anyway how can they get away with that? I'm on disability I get one check a month so any money I have is a lot of money no matter how much it is. And of course they act like they are so sorry and they care so much and they value our business and all this other crock of s*** but why would they take that money from me if it wasn't in my account twice and even if it was deposited twice in my account that would have been their mistake anyway that doesn't give them the right to take it all out but that wasn't even the case. And they waited over a month. I don't know about you but within a month I would imagine a bank would have their s*** together and no who's check their cashing what check their cashing where it's from & everything they needed on that account which I have and I offered it to him and they denied it. So they're doing something wrong they screwed up my account they screwed me out of money I have no money to my name now because of their mistake and now they're telling me I have to wait because of their screw up.. so I never had a problem with Wells Fargo before up until now but this is a pretty big mistake and the fact that they're not fixing it immediately is absolutely absurd. Four different f****** stories from four different story. All I know is I just can't wait to get this money back cuz I'm closing all my accounts and I'm switching to another bank because people like me who are on disability and only get paid once a month depend on that money that money is like diamonds and gold to me $10 is a lot to me nevertheless 483.. how could they make such an awful mistake and not fix it immediately and at least admit they're wrong and apologize how hard is that but no they have to make themselves look good and blame the customer that they f***** up instead of them admitting that they f***** up. So for all of you Wells Fargo customers out there who haven't had problems then more power to you but if it you have had problems with Wells Fargo I would recommend changing things immediately because this is a huge mistake. And to top it off I have my account set up to where there are no overdrafts allowed and if an overdraft is tried at all on any of my accounts that I'm to be notified immediately and nobody called me, any other time I got called I got called for a damn $3 Amazon package but yet they won't call me on a 484 dollar check? They know they screwed up! And I don't know what I have to do but all I have is time..
