Nowles Enterprises is not a place worthy of your business. :( I Strongly recommend you save your time and avoid this place as it is currently managed like a dumpster fire. I've come here three times trying to set up an order for Oklahoma Flagstone for my greenhouse I built in January. The first time I met a blonde lady in the office who acted like my grandmother and I were idiots for not having researched the process to order before showing up even though we have been customers of Nowles for years. The second time, we spoke with a young man in very tight shorts who promised to put our name down on a list and call us back as they were "busy planting grasses!" Three weeks later, I call again and get the blonde lady who sounds frustrated I'm bothering her with a call only to learn there is no list and she wants to start the process over again. There was ONE lovely gentleman, named Carlos, who stopped what he was doing and politely helped us each time we showed up. I hope he gets a raise!! Currently Nowles is a waste of time and energy. All spring I have been re-doing my landscaping all around my newly purchased home. I procured river rock from Noles only after I had procured it from another establishment. The only reason I tried Noles is because it was closer to my house for the transport of the rock and their website and staff proclaim the cost for 1 cubic yard of river rock is $90. Which is within a few dollars of what I paid at the other establishment for 1 cubic yard. However, the problem is, Noles only gives you half of the amount of product that that other provider does. I have since gone back to the competitor 2 more times and have received the same amount of rock as the first time I frequented them for the $95 they advertise. Which is double what you would get from Noles even though they advertise they will give you the same amount. Once again, the cost is relatively the same both places. I verified with not only the gentlemen that loaded the rock at Noles but also the gentlemen that sold me the rock that this was the correct amount given to. They both said yes. So, moral of the story is do not go to Noles because you will get ripped off. They will only give you half the amount of product they advertise you are obtaining and pay for. read more

Since the purchase of my home in Denton County mid year 2017 I have visited Noles Enterprises, LLC several times. Berry Noles in the office and Joshua outside in the loading yard have always been professional, helpful and courteous. Both were very knowledgeable about the products and service's they provided and did not mind my additional questions concerning possible future landscaping endeavors. Joshua is a hard worker out in the loading yard. Excellent customer service all around. I'll definitely be a returning customer! read more

3 months ago I called requesting someone to come out to measure and give me a quote on a retaining wall. I was told that they would put me on their list and get back with me. While I expected maybe a 2-month wait, it's now been over 3 months. I called them last week on Thursday and was told that the person in charge was not in that day but they would have him call me back the next day. It's been a week now & I have heard nothing. Apparently, they don't need my business so I have contacted another company. I would not recommend Noles to anyone. read more

I had my handyman get some plants and Eddie overcharged my credit card greater than $700. She charged me $14.50 per plant instead of $4.50 per plant. I caught the error after I got a 'fraud alert' by my credit card. I think she was hoping I would not notice the error or my credit card or her math was extremely bad. Either way let the buyer beware. read more

All these old reviews made me skip Noles and what a stupid idea that was. They have everything. Prices are lowest that I've seen. I drove all the way to Plano when these guys were right around the corner. If you're in Denton County this is the place to go first - they're right across from Meaders too so you can go there next if needed. read more

Ordered four pallets of sod. Late delivery, sod dead and full of beetles and grubs. I don't plan on going back. I have been waiting a week now for them to get back to me about a possible discount so I can pay the bill. Owner called today and basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about even though I had pictures. I will not be back! read more

This company is a joke. They are always late with their deliveries. The customer service is terrible. The girl that answers the phone is extremely impatient and rude because she is the daughter of the owner. She hangs up on people frequently. Today I waited with my crew for three hours before I finally got them to pick up the phone, just to tell me that they were 45 minutes out. I said that I would just cancel the order and they hung up on me. This place needs a better receptionist.... read more

These guys are great. They really know there stuff. I have bought plants, sod, soil, rock for my house and installed it all my self. My business has used them to do a landscape update. They installed the soil, plants, and ground cover. Took longer than expected but it was done right. read more

Nice looking trees, but buyer beware: crummy planting and worthless warranty. If you buy a tree from Noles better plant it yourself, because the people they hire to plant trees don't know what they're doing. And don't expect anything other than advice if you have a problem with one of their trees. Spent $300 on a red oak which was never healthy and finally died. I did the watering as advised and sprayed like they told me too. My last conversation with them they promised to come out and look at the tree, but never showed up. I've had Noles Enterprises work a number of projects...rejuvenate a gravel driveway, plant ten large pine trees (one didn't make it and was replaced with no question) plant several large shrubs. John does quality work and has good pricing. I highly recommend this company. read more

I had a pallet of grass delivered & installed by this company in October 2014. The grass is still living & thriving. The grass was placed exactly where I told the crew chief I wanted the grass to be placed. I am very pleased with the product, service and cost of this project. I will continue to refer others to this company. read more
