Words cannot explain how angry I am with this place…read more I thought a 3D printer at the end of April, and I went back to the store to add the protection plan. Over the past few weeks, I've been having nothing but issues with it. The AMS is clogged, having to consistently restore it, the fan cover keeps falling off. And now, it won't reset. It is stuck at "calibrating" - and it sits there and hangs. It will also not pair to my enterprise grade network. I reach out to bambu support. And all I can get is their chat. They send me links. They tell me to restore; despite telling them that I literally have tried that and it locks up. I went to the store on Saturday to look into my options with the protection plan. They spent probably 20 minutes trying to figure out what the procedure is. And they finally tell me that it's in store replacement but it will satisfy the $100 protection plan. So I go home and try to work with Bambu and it is LITERALLY impossible to get ahold of a human- that, and there are MULTIPLE things wrong with this $600 printer I bought two months ago. I go to the store today. And yet again, it takes them 20-30 minutes to figure out what the plan is. All of a sudden since Saturday it changed from replacement to calling geek squad. Before I bought the protection plan - I asked the customer service person how it works, and he told me it's in store replacement. Today, a supervisor tells me that I have to go through Best Buy customer service. Best Buy customer service is HORRIBLE; so I have a 2 month old 3D printer that is a paperweight. I'd like to thank supervisor Eli, for going above and beyond - to help me with a $600 printer, and help me successfully use the $100 "pRoTeCTion pLaN" ((sarcasm)) My advice to everyone. Don't buy the geek squad plan. Use Best Buy to window shop. Check out your items - and then check Amazon, crutchfield, etc - to buy for the same price but with better service. Will never step foot in this of a store again.

I needed the payments moved back one week. ie this upcoming Friday. I have (I thought) had this noted on my account several times. Yet they would call my phone to a harassing extent, that even the local police contacted the store about. (17 times in less than and hour while I was in a meeting with the CEO of my company). As well as hanging my my nephews door for over a half hour to the point they knocked the wreath off of my door. (Did not even pick it back up). Please bear in mind. Yes, this means that I'm always late, but I've never been more than 8 days late! And they know the exact dates. A friend of mine, they banged on her door for 23 minutes with a closed fist. We have the entire thing on ring door cam. She was THREE DAYS late on her payment because she had nearly died in an accident. And her daughter had already contacted the store about it. There is obviously something very wrong going on with this location and yet no one will step up. There is 11 accounts on just google reviews that if true, constitute as harassment to an extreme extent! If I can get some kind of confirmation that some kind of repercussion had been handed out to the management staff at this location, as well as an apology to ALL that have complained about feeling threatened in their own homes I will drop everything involved. But you have forced me to miss work, you have forced my nephew to MOVE out of his home and he's never even been a customer of yours, just lives at my past address! Day's Ace deserves the best review I can ever write…read more It's hard for me to accurately capture a more positive business than the people behind the scenes: all of the many employees in getting valuable components for the home and even the work environment; in the truly beginnings, the store was located in close quarters to the Flagship Kroger grocery store, located at Carroll Blvd., and usually the friendly staff tended to a feline, who roamed around the store. It's since moved to the other extreme end of the large parking lot, near the Denton Movie Tavern; the friendliness must have been "Baked in," because going to Day's Ace is like going back into the good old days, when physical problems around the home could easily be resolved by making a quick run to Denton Center.
