This was my first visit and I was not greeted upon entry (everyone was busy, which is typically a good sign) but that was okay. They were not very friendly and I had pedicure. It was mid and it served the purpose but would not return. I did leave a book and once I remembered where I left my book I called. It was a couple of days later and I know I left it there. They threw away my book. Who throws away a book, like really? This was annoying and I did leave it but to throw away a book tells me they didn't think much of their clients to do this. I cannot recommend and will not return. The price was reasonable but it was worth what I received, mid pedicure and mid service. Also you put your number in so would not have been too hard to inquire if someone left a book. Customer service is nonexistent.

I went in for my first mani-pedi with Cheryl this past Thursday, and I was completely blown away by…read morethe degree of cleanliness and professionalism in the salon. A little background, because this place is just a bit different from what you're probably used to. This is almost a "private" nail salon, with appointments made for one customer at a time. There's one (immaculately clean) pedi chair and a manicure table -- in addition to approximately one gazillion different products and colors. Cheryl is clearly an artist when it comes to nails, and I felt a little bad being super basic and not giving her the opportunity to show off her work. But she did a phenomenal job of preparing my nails for polish (I'm a little obsessive about getting rid of excess cuticles, and so is Cheryl) -- and made both the pedicure and the manicure look absolutely perfect. All of this was done for exactly the same price that I pay at a "wham bam thank you ma'am" salon for slapdash work. I'm a very happy customer and will definitely be going back to Cheryl at Manicures and More!

I've had a few issues here but my last 2 visits have been horrible. I purposely booked an…read moreappointment with a specific person because they had great reviews and I was tired of imperfect manicures. I arrived and my appointment was with someone else? I asked her for pink to white ombre nails. She was very confused. Told me the pink i chose was wrong for french tips which wasnt the design i asked for. She seemed confused, walked away, and then someone else took me to their station? I explained to her what I wanted. She started my dip and start to put the pink where the white was supposed to go so i corrected her. She fixed it and my manicure came out looking great which i appreciated. Until 5 days later when the top coat started peeling off my dip nails already. They looked super scuffed and milky so i called and the manager told me to come in anytime for them to fix them. Well i did and things got more weird. The lady who did my nails originially looked at them, buffed one nail, and then told me i needed to wait 20 minutes while she finished her client. I didnt have 20 minutes to wait to start so i asked the front desk if someone else could help. They said this lady would lose money and shed have to call her boss which she did. Then i felt horrible - the shop should help with that loss and not mention it to me. Finally someone else came and got me, fixed my nails. They look great and am hoping they hold up this time. She was super friendly and did an excellent job. Apparently she was planning to just file my nails down so they were started faster and the original lady would finish them she she'd be done soon. Well she wasn't done soon and wasn't even done by the time i left the salon. I'm just super unhappy with all of the confusion and awkwardness. Definitely will not be back.
