As for the Shrimp lumpia which is absolutely amazing being sold out should speak volumes. Should have come a couple of days earlier. Their menus are amazing. I ordered the oxtail kare-kare for $31 and was disappointed that it was 85% bone, with very little meat. For the price, I expected a much better meat-to-bone ratio. Omg this place is the bomb dot com. Recommended to me by all my Hawaiian-Filipino friends, the family handling this joint is making things consistent and with high quality. I have to go back and remember the camera eats first but so far not disappointed with lumpia, their classic is fire flame and I fell in love with the shrimp lumpia. Pork Sisig was very good. In fact, it was better than we recently had in the Philippines, but beware, if you order the spicy option, as it has very hot chili pieces in it. The regular option has no chili. Also, Lechon and Pancit were great. Lumpia were good too. Their Halo-Halo was a bit disappointing though. I got the shrimp lumpia and the pork adobo and they were both fantastic. The pork was the most tender melt in your mouth pork belly I had ever had in my life. The flavor was incredible and the tenderness was next level. The shrimp lumpia was so crispy, well seasoned and mouth watering. The shrimp were juicy and super tender. The whole place feels really relaxed and overall a cool place to chill out for a while, and the person taking my order was so sweet.
