Tried the halo halo and it was good! There were clumps of shaved ice that would have been nice to be less clumpy to make for easier eating. You order Your food first and then find seating. Decorations filled with artificial flowers to give it the essence of nature. restaurant looked a bit run down for only Being open one month. Nice little spot serving some very good Filipino food. The decor is very cute and welcoming and the service was fast and excellent. Ok so let me say I don't always make a stink or leave a bad review but this place made my never go again list for a number of reasons. To start the server or whoever it was working the counter on 05/02/2026 was rude and unhelpful, this individual was unable to answer any questions I had about the menu clearly and the prices are outrageous for the portion size. I do not recommend, to add the customer after me felt the same way as well as my dad. The works attitude was poor, barley able to make change after I paid so use a card if you dare to go. read more

Absolutely one of the best Filipino places I've been too and that's saying a lot since we have so many fantastic places in town. I got the shrimp lumpia and the pork adobo and they were both fantastic. The pork was the most tender melt in your mouth pork belly I had ever had in my life. The flavor was incredible and the tenderness was next level. The shrimp lumpia was so crispy, well seasoned and mouth watering. The shrimp were juicy and super tender. The whole place feels really relaxed and overall a cool place to chill out for a while, and the person taking my order was so sweet. She was really kind, and went over the menu with me! 10/10 read more

My Brother & I went to the actual restaurant location on Fort Apache & Trop, and met the staff and owners. Their physical restaurant just opened and it has beautiful and welcoming atmosphere and amazing choice of music. Super friendly and kind staff, and their food matches their service. Tried this spot that just opened last week, and it was really good. I went with one of their combination plates--the portion was just right. I was able to try Nogales Kitchen at the Dream Asia Festival. The food was amazing. They had lines but the food was ready pretty quick. Their Pork Lumpia is so good. We tried other lumpia at the festival but nothing compares to theirs. We also had the Bbq Pork/Pancit/Lumpia/Rice Combo and it was delicious! The woman who took our order was very friendly. We were recently at CES, and their food truck was on site. We decided to try it. First, the line was pretty long however, it moved quickly, and food was served fairly promptly. More importantly, it was hot and tasty. The food truck had a vibrant design, the staff was friendly, and we will certainly try it again if the occasion arises. This place has potential. Newly opened, so working the kinks out. Needs better way to see menu since it's not a sit down and order model. You have to read a menu taped to the counter in front of cash register. Need menus at table, or menu on wall so people waiting in line can read it before getting to cash register. Serves breakfast but no coffee?? Need something to fix that. Super friendly staff, food is good, portions ok to good. Will try it again sometime. read more

Overall, the food was underwhelming and overpriced. The sisig was a definite thumbs down--mushy and mostly liver instead of the crispy pork bits. Lumpia was okay. Nogakes kitchen opened a brick and mortar on Ft. Apache and S. Sahara, at Thai Tara's former location. We were so excited to try it so my GF and her mom went there for lunch on 2/13 for pre-Valentine's eats. It was clean and nicely decorated. We ordered solo plate of sisig, pork bbq, chicken adobo plate, and vegan lumpia, two orders of rice, canned soda, and two hot waters, coming out to $81 with a $10 tip included. Sadly, we didn't get to eat there and just asked for everything to have a lid put on and ended up as take-out. Why? Here we go: 1) the food was priced as if it were a sit-down restaurant, but everything was served on plastic to-go containers, plastic utensils. It's as if this was still a food truck and not a B&M one. 2) the food didn't come out as fast as a food truck, but came out fast enough. However, aside from all the plastic, we were expected to eat on plastic containers as well. Where are your plates? 3) we asked for hot water to drink, but I didn't realize until later that EACH PAPER CUP OF HOT WATER WE WERE CHARGED $.99. That's $1.98. FOR. TWO. CUPS. OF. HOT. WATER!!! WTF 4) We took the food home and a) the lumpia (3) was hollow and full of air, b) the pork bbq was swimming in sweet sauce that tasted like it came from a can, c) the sisig was mushy and soggy with an off flavor I truly can't describe, and the Adobo was lacked any adobo flavor (seet, salty, etc.) and was dry AF! It's just sad that our first (and last) visit to this place was such a HUGE disappointment. Nonetheless, I wish them luck and hopefully someday someone else will post a 4-5 star review that makes us come back. Until then, Island Pacific, and others, here we come! read more

Honestly my plate was just ok garlic fried rice don't really taste garlic fried rice, milk fish was just ok even breaded it lacked a little bit on flavor and the vinegar mixed they give us isn't all that I can honestly make a garlic fish sauce and vinegar better. Husband pho was ok in flavor but the veggies they provide was old so make sure you check that. The place is nice and big but for a Friday lunch it's pretty empty and it seemed Like it definitely had owned by a different management since we have been it's just ok. Husband's pho was ok not worth $18.99 on the menu because the portions of the meat and honestly not as authentic as a pho place.I think if your are craving pho go to more authentic ones on spring mountain. Filipino food wise umm honestly it's just ok, many other Filipino places near by taste authentic and way better in price .

Here's why this ended up being a one-star experience for us: They call themselves "Manila BBQ," but there was no barbecue available. They also advertise as a seafood grill, yet there were no seafood options during our visit. There's a $4 upcharge for lechon belly, but no other pork dishes were offered--no pork adobo, no lechon kawali. If you're charging extra for a premium item, there should at least be other standard pork options included. So instead of 20 dollars it was was $24 per person. Drinks are not included in the $24 price. Overall, the food quality was mediocre and didn't justify the cost. There's an automatic service charge of 18% for a party of plus an additional 3% credit card fee. We don't mind paying more for good food and a satisfying experience, but this just didn't deliver. Sadly, we won't be coming back.

My friend and me ended up placing 2nd and 3rd in the karaoke contest and won gift certificates and even cash prize!
