The hygienist reassured us by answering all our questions prior to the procedure. My son would have a gag reflex every time our family dentist would try to take x-rays so they were never able to take them. Since Woodbridge Kids Dentistry specializes in pediatric dentistry, the x-rays were taken without any trouble. While they worked on my son, he was relaxed and didn't even move while watching his favorite movie. Dr. Gep is very experienced and knowledgeable. She noticed a tongue tie which might explain why my son has a minor speech problem. I wish someone had pointed this out before. She notified my son's speech pathologist the same day and Dr. Gep will be correcting his tongue tie at our next visit. Thank you Dr. Gep and your wonderful team!

I still think that way, however dealing with both Mike and Sandra is gradually changing my mind. Both of them are amongst the best dentists that I've ever encountered. They are professional, courteous and I find it amazing that they can remain so calm when dealing with screaming kids, parents, patients in pain, etc, etc, etc. Everyone that works at this centre are fantastic: from the reception staff to the dental assistants/hygenists...all have personality plus. They make visiting this office a pleasure. The exam rooms are spotless, as is the waiting room and reception area. A small playroom is available to keep the small ones entertained so they're not focused on where they're at. A TV and magazine rack are used to entertain those of us too big for the play room....it is a welcome distraction when you're waiting for someone to stick some sort of pain inducing instrument in your mouth! Kudos to both of them for creating such a welcoming environment and for being the epitome of what a dentist should be.

Neither of this happened to me while I was at Stouffville Smiles! First, you can book your own appointment using their website. Then you will get email and text reminders! So convenient and time saving. When you enter the office yoi are greeted with a beautiful reception lounge. There is a coffee machine and a playroom next door for kids to play in. This is a huge bonus for families. To start, you are entered into their system and given a tour of the dental office. It is the most modern and clean dental clinic I have ever visited. Everything looks pristine. My favorite part has to be the flatscreen t.v. hanging on the ceiling for you to watch Netflix or Cable while you get your procedure done! Stefanie was my hygenist and she took her time to explain every thing she was doing. She took photos of my teeth and you can see it in color on the ceiling mounted tv screen! I was floored. Im use to seeing only black and white xrays. Stefanie was so gentle and thorough in my teeth cleaning. Stefanie offered me the choice of flavors for the polish and flouride. I never had the option of flavors before which just made things feel more personal. I picked cherry but there was also mint and bubblegum. Trust me. Ask for Stefanie when you come here! Dr. Novin was very calm, polite and educational as to what needed to be done and believe me there was extensive work to be done. I entered feeling very scared/terrified due to past experiences and felt somewhat comfortable here. I did not get the "lecture" nor did I feel embarrassed here. We discussed the past and the potential of a beautiful smile. I knew this was the place for me! The staff here are amazing!! From the moment you enter the doorway to the minute that you leave they are all cheerful and encouraging. I have had extensive work done in my mouth and I am very pleased with the outcome. I love the "one stop shop" and the ambiance of this office.
