I bought a new Ryan home in 2019. Noble construction has been the contracted roofer for Ryan homes. I have had a roof leak in the same spot each year I have owned the home whenever there is heavy rain. Noble roofing has been sent out 4 times and state that they sealed the leak but each year the saga continues. Noble roofing is not responsive or follow up at all. Issue reported for the 5th time on 12/30/2022. They sent a roof inspector out finally after a month on 1/27/2023; but did not call me to schedule an inspection and I was unavailable. I had to have them reschedule for 2/1/2023; when I would be home. They never showed up, I called and they said the cancelled due to weather conditions, but failed to call me to notify me they were canceling and needed to reschedule. I had a very good experience with having my roof replaced by Noble Roofing. Several other houses on my street were having their roofs replaced, and Noble did 2 of them. Based on the positive experiences that my 2 neighbors had with Noble, I decided to hire them, too. Setting up the initial assessment couldn't have been easier. A quick phone call to their office, and I had an appointment for the very next day. Daniel, the General Manager, came out with his assistant, Omar, to assess the condition of my roof. I knew from a previous gutter cleaning that I had lots of cracked shingles. Daniel and Omar confirmed this and told me that the particular shingle on my roof (CertainTeed Horizon) was known to be susceptible to thermal cracking and premature failure. They took lots of pictures and emailed them to me that same evening. Daniel was very helpful in explaining in detail the whole process of how to have my roof replaced under homeowner's insurance. I made an appointment with my insurance adjuster to inspect my roof, and Daniel made sure he was right there with me to ensure that their assessment of the roof damage was consistent with what he had found. When my insurance company sent me the estimate for the roof replacement, I forwarded it to Daniel right away and made an appointment to sign the contract with Noble the very next day. Daniel was very helpful in explaining to me the specifications of the choices in shingle that they had to offer. I went with Daniel's suggestion of the GAF Timberline HD shingle. Daniel also explained to me all the items on the work order that his crew would complete, including tasks to bring my roof up to current building code. Within 2 weeks of signing the contract, I had a beautiful new roof. A crew came and loaded all the shingles on my roof one day, and another crew came the next day to perform the work. The workers were very careful to put tarps over any areas where debris might fall on. They worked very diligently from about 6:30AM-3:30PM, much faster than I anticipated thanks to the number of workers who came out. After the work was done, they ran a magnet over the entire area thoroughly to catch any nails on the ground. Daniel even came by after the crew left to do a second passing with the magnet himself. Overall, I was very pleased with Noble Roofing. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and courteous. Daniel answered all of my questions promptly, and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. Now every time I see a Noble Roofing truck on the road or their sign in front of a house, I know that there's another happy customer out there. read more

We built a Ryan home in Madision Grove Culpeper 2.5 yrs ago. Our roof started leaking in Jan 2019 and we called Ryan homes to evaluate it and the referred me to the roofer who did the contract work. Noble Roofing. I called this morning and the woman who answers the phone said they offer a 1yr warranty to Ryan homes and they are not responsible for their work, I asked to speak to the owner or someone in charge and no one was available. She said "someone will have to pay for this and it won't be us". I wanted someone to evaluate a 2 yr old roof that shouldn't be leaking. They need to evaluate their shotty work. Rain season is starting and it is raining this weekend, I am concerned about mold and our health. read more

Noble did the original roof on my home 22 years ago. I've never had any issues, and in fact I've had nothing but good experiences the 6-7 times I've called them over the years to replace missing shingles after a severe storm. They were always prompt responding, came when they said they would, and did the repair for a reasonable price. This year when my roof needed replacing I got an estimate from them, and 2 other companies. They were the cheapest, they were a pleasure to deal with (Daniel and Jason are true professionals), and they jumped through hoops to accommodate the tight timescale I needed the work done. They did a beautiful job. They called in an expert to handle the flashing along the siding since it's old and more brittle, they wanted to make sure it was not damaged. The people they had do the work wore off some of the grit on the new shingles. I called Noble to ask about this and they came right out and replaced the damaged shingles, no questions asked. I highly recommend them. They provide great customer service, do a professional job, use the highest quality materials, and all at a very competitive price. read more

Noble Roofing is a local (Sterling/Herndon/Ashburn) company. We were turned on to them by our neighbor, who convinced us to get a fourth quote. Glad we did! They have great warranty relation with their material suppliers (we used GAF, but they also offer Certainteed and others). Daniel is son of the owner, and they have been in business of 20-30 years. Scheduled them to come out for an estimate for roof/gutter replacement and took off time from work. They never showed and never bothered to call me to reschedule. I should thank them, since this makes -not- picking Noble for my roof replacement an easy decision. read more

Noble Roofing lived up to this current rating. Showed up did the fascia repair and the roof looks like nothing ever happen.

They responded quickly to fix flashing on my home. They left without discussing what work was completed and the status. I had to spend a lot of personal time following up on status and to document what was done. I ask them to come back because there appears to be a gap in the flashing. They asked for pictures, which I sent. They email me dates they can come back and say it will cost $450. I call and email asking why and they say because someone else must have damaged their work. I said that's insane because they are the only contractor to work on that part of the house. I look at my neighbors who have the same home and their flashing is perfect. Noble is capable of quality work but won't take responsibility for a possible error on my house. Absolutely shameful. They should fix/correct for free. read more

Since this company installed the roof on my townhome, I called them after I experienced a ceiling leak (few weeks ago) on the second level of the home due to heavy rain. The female who answered the phone informed me that Noble charges $400 to come out...I asked, how is the charge $400, when you do not know what the repair will be??. The female placed me on a brief hold and after returning to the call said, that is what we charge. I told her that makes NO sense and "no, thank you"...simply OUTRAGEOUS!!! read more

My son alerted me to the fact that we needed repairs on the roof so I proceeded to get proposals from four different roofing companies. I picked noble roofing for a couple reasons: 1. Because they were recommended by someone I trust and Noble had did work for his company. 2. My sales rep, Jason was very cordial, polite and agreed I did need a new roof. He checked back and forth over the two month span of time while I reviewed all my proposals and made up my mind. He even offered to send someone out to cover some of the bad spots in case of more rain letting me know that put me under no obligation to pick his company; also offered to go to my HOA/ARB if I didn't want to go. Noble arrived on the designated date, did the roof in one day and cleaned all debris before leaving. Couple of days later called to see if i was satisfied with the job and then made a physical appearance. The roof had been on at least 7 to 8 days before he dropped by to pick up his check. His price was very reasonable. None of the other roofers even called to see if I had looked at their bids or not. read more

Noble Roofing has been a pleasure to work with from the beginning. I have never looked forward to getting a roof replacement, dealing with insurance, worrying about the noise and mess. With Noble Roofing the entire roof replacement was done quickly, they helped me with my insurance company, and left my home looking cleaner than it was before they got there. We had some roof damage on our home due to the wind storm back in March. We called Jason and he came out promptly to provide us with a quote. I was very worried about the quote, as I had received a couple other quotes and they were outrageously high. I was beginning to think that's just how much roofing cost. When I received Jason's quote though, it was fair and affordable, coming in much lower than the other local companies. We ended up needing to reschedule the project once, and it was no problem, Jason and his guys were more than accommodating. We finally got the roof finished up this past week and it looks INCREDIBLE!
