So I called and left a message and received a call back the following day. I explained to the person on the phone I couldn't get onto their website so she asked a few questions about my house etc. And gave me an estimate and told me when she could schedule. Luckily something opened up sooner than the previous date range so I said yes please come sooner. Since it had been a while since my gutters were cleaned and we've seen some overflow with the heavy rains. They came I happened to be home and they apparently cleared a good amount of debris, since I saw one of the crew carrying a big trash bag with a big wad of stuff at the bottom. They later emailed the invoice and then I paid online. Simple and straightforward which I like. Would certainly recommend.

I had my ASD spouse who can communicate via telephone (I cannot) call them and also fill in their website request form. That was in beginning of July. It is now August 15th. We still did not even get an appointment date. I have mobility impairment and my spouse has mobility limitation and because of that we cannot clean gutters ourselves. Meanwhile because of clogged gutters water has been pouring to the foundation and basement has been flooded all these days. I live in the basement because it is dark, quiet, and cold and I have sensory sensitivity to light, noise, and heat. Because of floods black mold has been growing in the basement and I have been exposed to it. Today I woke up from suffocating to death and found out that all my airways are blocked and I am bleeding from my mouth and my nose. I have asthma and exposure to black mold really did do its thing. Gutter cleaning: 5 stars. The cleaning crew took care of the gutters and left surrounding areas very clear. Safety: 1 star. They showed up with safety harnesses and safety ropes, but did not use them. This particular crew worked on a roof covered with ice, and they could have easily fallen, but safety was not a concern even though they were given the opportunity by the homeowner not to do the job until conditions got better. Invoicing: 2 stars. What they quote is not necessarily what shows up on the bill. The office quickly corrected the mistake, but if you are not watching the billing, you could easily end up overpaying. Local crew supervision: 2 stars. The cleaning crew is in need of adult supervision. They do a very good end-job, but safety is not even a concern. They could have easily fallen from the roof, and then we would all have a bigger problem with medical and liability issues for both Ned's Home and the homeowner.

I got several quotes from other gutter replacement groups in the area, and when I first met Charlie I instantly knew he is who I wanted to hire to replace our very cool (but old and failing) front gutter. He was always prompt, got us on the books quickly, explained everything throughly, his crew (AND him) were at my house 30 mins early for the job, and everyone was very respectful and cleaned up after the job was completed. Charlie even helped me better understand my home beyond the gutters (and gutter guards). On top of all of that, the quote was just slightly higher than the cheapest quote I got--absolutely worth it. Definitely recommend!

A special shoutout to Charlie, who helped us and also did the work -- he was amazing! Extremely communicative, kind, and respectful. He kept us informed every step of the way and truly cared about getting everything perfect. This may have been a small project, but they treated it with first-class service. Following a windstorm earlier this year, we needed to find a contractor to perform roofing…read more repairs. I found DryHome on a neighborhood website and was impressed with their ratings so contacted them. They responded quickly and sent a wonderful, polite person (Mike) to do the inspection and discuss our options. He explained every aspect of the work that would be needed, but also WHY the work was necessary. I contacted my insurance company, submitted a claim and got the repair underway. The day work began, DryHome showed up in force with a large team. They began early that morning and were done by the time we arrived home from work, and the roof looked incredible. Now, there are plenty of roofing contractors out there who can put up a beautiful roof on your home but what makes DryHome different was their professional integrity and dedication to their client. Their customer service comes from a bygone era when one's word and reputation was more important than profit. Their expertise dealing with insurance companies turned out to be a key factor. Where many roofing contractors would accept an insurance company's initial monetary proposal, DryHome went to bat FOR ME. They countered the insurance company's denials with detailed and comprehensive packets justifying the work done. They fought the insurance company FOR ME. That's rare to see such dedication and devotion to resolving a client's issues. They didn't have to go that extra mile. Most roofers probably wouldn't or would even have the competent professionals that know how - but DryHome sure does. Not only was their service, professionalism, courtesy, and quality of work top notch, but the final cost was considerably less than what I was expecting. So, we experienced not only amazing service, representation, and courtesy, but at a cost that was very reasonable and detailed. Now, here's a bonus I never even considered when this began. The roof looks so good on our house now that I'm certain it's increased our property value. In fact, I believe it's increased the value even more than what it cost to replace the roof... This wasn't just a necessary repair, but an investment that has delivered an immediate return! I never even considered that aspect, but that has made this entire experience with DryHome unlike any other I've ever had with another contractor.... And one that stands out as the best ever. I believe in promoting contractors that go above and beyond like DryHome and am happy to recommend DryHome for any home repair services they provide that you may need. You will get top quality service with the best products at an amazingly reasonable price, but also a dedicated, responsible team of professionals who will fight for YOU, and believe in their company and it's reputation - and they back it up. That is truly rare and special.
