The dressing seems to be homemade. Yum! Definitely going to enjoy leftovers! My mom got the Cobb and it looks delicious too.

I attended a meeting today for my son's private school in the hotel & the food was catered by Pitalian. I unfortunately have an auto immune disease and I cannot consume dairy. When I asked for the employee in charge of the catering food (her name was Kaitlyn) and asked if there were any food items without dairy she said no. She then offered to make me a mini pizza free of charge because she didn't want me to not eat. This made my day because I got to eat with everyone else!! Thank you to Kaitlyn for your kindness and outstanding service! 10/10 would recommend!

But can one REALLY stop at just pizza when there are wings to be had? We always ordered the garlic parm and the lemon pepper. That, with those delectable twisted breadsticks and sometimes one of their deserts...we were set, usually for the entire weekend! This last visit, however, we tried something new, after a casual remark made about a particularly hard to find pizza was made to the owner. The elusive Smoky Bacon, Chicken Ranch pizza. He mentioned that they make that, only with green chilis...so we got a small. How could I know that a pizza, once thought of as perfect, could be made better! Everything we got was amazing! the crusts are perfect, both crispy and chewy, just as they should be. We had both boneless and one-in wings, and they were incredible, tender meat, nice and crispy on the outside with making flavors. Needless to say, we didn't get any deserts, this visit, but those are delicious too and will not be ignored often! The people who work there are quick, efficient. friendly and helpful. The menu card we were handed showed a cheese pizza at $17.99, with green pepper, mushrooms, black olives and onions at $1.00 each and pepperoni at $1.75. The menu was removed after we placed our order. According to those prices, the pizza should have been: Cheese pizza: $17.99 Green pepper: $1.00 Mushrooms: $1.00 Pepperoni: $1.75 Black olives: $1.00 Onions: $1.00 Total: $23.74 Our receipt shows the pizza at $27.99. It also shows the toppings at higher prices -- $1.50 each for green pepper, mushrooms, black olives and caramelized onions, and $2.00 for pepperoni. When we got home I checked their website, and its menu matched the prices on the menu we had been given. I've attached a screenshot of that menu along with our receipt. The crust was also soft, limp, grey and very floppy. The toppings themselves were good, but the foundation of the pizza was a letdown. The owner stopped at our table and chatted with us. We mentioned the crust, although we didn't really understand his explanation. He also offered us a sample of a porter-style beer, which was very good. The service was very good as well. With relatively few dinner choices in Alpine, I would simply recommend checking the menu prices against your bill carefully before paying.
