This place... wow. Worst custom service worst experience. It has so much potential it is unfortunate. Update to calling and them saying they have no online menu. Yet it's advertised they have one on their site via Facebook and instagram which they are active on. Post your menus there at least! I then call to place an order after finally getting a menu and the lady says "we stopped taking phone orders bye" and laughed as she hung up. This was 3pm. What pizza place doesn't take phone orders. Your parking lot is empty you barely have more than one to two people in your store at one time. Kind of confusing why you'd refuse an order. Gave it another shot and finally got an order in and pizza was subpar. Asked for it well done it wasn't. It was soggy on the bottom. Honestly this place never again. You might learn a thing or two from Johnny Ds in pine top since they're about your size if not smaller and are constantly busy and taking orders over the phone and people are willing to wait 45 min to an hour for their pizzas. First time I can recall going there. The place is pretty old but the atmosphere is fun. It's like a min arcade, movie rental and pizza parlor all combined into one place. The pizza took like 25 minutes to bake and you only one free soda refill. If it didn't have those two limitations, I would bump up my rating from 3 to 4 stars easily. Rude service and staff was incomprehensible to understand. Forgot a pizza I ordered then made me feel like I ordered incorrectly. None of the staff was working together. Did not have any other dressing for salads than ranch. Everything was busted and broken. Half of the room was off limits and no bathroom. Dirty and trashy environment. Don't bring kids here, it's not clean. Open condom outside the walkway.. like what the heck?? Pepperoni tasted like cardboard. Only good thing, not much to say. Hard to review, the pizza was just ok, hubby liked it better than me. I would have liked some oregano and garlic to inhanse the flavour. My big complaint was the place was old and kind of dirty. We came by when we were in town because my roommate used to come here a lot and loved it. We were about the only ones inside and it took 40 minutes for our pizza, the cheese breadsticks had obviously been done for a while because they were cold by the time we got them. This is by far one of the tastiest fresh pizzas I've ever had in such an unlikely place. It is New York and very Italian style. The dough is like a buttery doughnut bread. The flavors are amazing. Bits & pizzas has no frills, not even one. There's nothing fancy about it, but we did get speedy service picking up a medium 2 topping pizza on a Thursday night. It was okay, really nothing notable except that they were very generous with the toppings. The sit-down space leaves a bit to be desired. It really wasn't a place I'd want to eat foot, it didn't strike me as clean and was connected to a dingy arcade and DVD store. I think we would've gotten better value (cheaper and same taste) with a frozen pizza from the Walmart up the road, but this does get points for being local. Tip: there's a $0.50 fee for cards, so take cash if that ruffles your feathers. read more

We've been here a few times, even having our son's friends there for his birthday last year. Lots of quarters were spent in the arcade! A couple nights ago we took visiting family up to have pizza and play in the arcade. Come to find out the arcade is "closed due to covid", which was very disappointing because there are zero other covid precautions... 1) everyone touches the front door going in and out, 2) staff isn't wearing masks, 3) everyone is touching their chairs and tables, 4) staff isn't cleaning the tables, we had to clean our own prior to sitting down, 5) everyone can use the bathroom, that's not being cleaned regularly, 6) the pen they hand you to sign your credit card slip isn't sanitized, and 7) you can go peruse hundreds of DVD videos, touching every single one if you want, and that's okay, but closing the arcade makes zero sense and ticks me off. Extremely disappointing to pander to stupidity with arbitrary rules. Had there been other places open (it was Monday, most were closed) and had it been up to me, we'd have left right then, because the arcade is what I wanted our visitors to have fun with. THEN... we ordered 2 family pizzas, 3 salads, cheesy bread sticks and drinks. We're waiting and waiting and waiting and I said "you'd think they'd bring out the salads and bread sticks by now". A couple minutes later the guy in charge brought out a pile of boxes, all ready to go, then turned around and walked off. Um... we were dining in. Had to go ask for plates and forks. Then we had to juggle around salads and bread sticks and 2 giant pizzas. Another disappointment. AND, we got only ONE thing of dressing for 3 salads, when normally we get one per salad. Another disappointment. We have no reason to go back until the arcade is open -- that's the reason we go there. When you dump the arbitrary closing of the arcade rules, let us know here. AND, after ordering $70 in food, we still had to pay a .50 charge for using a card. Yeah, it will be quite a while before we return, the more I think about it. (By the way, we took $30 in quarters we were going to spend in the arcade, so you lost that money over a stupid, arbitrary closure. You should close the video rental instead... much easier to clean a few games than hundreds of videos, not that any of them are actually being cleaned though) read more

So why would I give 5 stars to a restaurant that obviously does not know when to buy and use paint? Because the pizza rocks. And so does the ice cream. And the prices are amazing. Seriously, if you can deal with the fact that it is a bit trashed (stupid teenagers, we never destroyed things when we were kids, we were loving angels), then you are in for a tasty treat. Tip 1) Go during lunch and get 2 slices and a soda for $3.50 Tip 2) Get a small ice cream for $1 - seriously - a buck. Tip 3) They aren't open on Sunday - as is nowhere in Snowflake because they are going to church. Why are you trying to go out to eat on Sunday anyway? Go to church. We used to love Bits pizza. The past year we have had bad experience after bad experience! First ,We are always told 30 minutes wait time so we wait 30 minutes then drive over to pick up the pizza. The majority of the time we get there and they haven't even started it. So then we wait another 30 minutes. Several times we have gotten home and the pizza or breadsticks are wrong. We have just tried to give them the benefit to f the doubt and suck it up. Tonight I got home and our pizza was wrong and our breadsticks were wrong! Our order was over 50.00!! I'm so tired of this! When I called I was told I couldn't talk to the owner. That we could bring the pizza back and they would then remake it...(having to wait another 30+ minutes) or they would give us a discount for next time. Needless to say that regardless of how much we used to love this place, we will not be returning . The kid I spoke to on the phone told me that the only way I could leave a complaint would be to do so online. I read so many reviews that sounded exactly like what we have experienced and the owner responding saying that those experiences are not typical........... yet there are so many similar stories! Came here not knowing what to expect. They have a small old school arcade and a video rental...and a pizza shop. I should've played pinball while waiting for my order. They said it would be 15 minutes took 55 min! Five people standing around. Our pizza was out for 10 minutes before somebody walked over and cut it they are so rude didn't evening knowledge us or say thank you. Not worth it for cold pizza. I wished this place would hire some employees who weren't completely rude. I have been many times and have been treated poorly by many different terrible staff. They act inconvenienced if you ask for anything like Parmesan or peppers or even just show up to pick up your pizza. The speed of service is variable I've had my stuff come on time and had it late too. The pizza is good though they skimp on the toppings. I give the food 5 stars, but the restaurant itself gets one, so I'm giving an average of three. The garbage cans were all stuffed, the tables and chairs were pushed around and out of place, almost every table was dirty, the napkin dispensers on many of the tables were empty, the bathroom was dirty and had no towels and dining room floor was in dire need of being swept and mopped. It looked like it had not been mopped in a very long time. There were four employees and only one of them (a manager I assume) was working, so you would think that he would put the others on dining room duty. The staff was nice but not in a rush. Some of them were sitting in the back chatting while a customer waited to pick up his order. I've come to expect the food to take a long time. Anytime I go there it's almost a 30 minute wait for food. Don't go there if you are already starving! It's just disappointing that somewhere that has such great food has such a disappointing dining experience. It'd be great to see them care more about the cleanliness of the place and overall dining experience. read more
