I tried to work with two other companies prior to them to get my power wheelchair. Neither company could accommodate my special requests. Kristine, Jeff, and John at the Prime Care office had no issues working with my special requests. It is difficult for me to communicate via telephone due to not only my disabilities, but also a poor cell signal at my house. They had no issues at all communicating solely via text and email. They took care of all the paperwork and communications with my doctor and insurance company to get the proper forms filed. They were all courteous, polite, and professional every step of the way. They kept me informed of where we were in the process and what I would need to do in my home to get it ready for my chair. John worked with me to get the chair delivered when it was convenient for me. At delivery he explained all I needed to know and answered all my questions. Truly a great team at this company. We were handed their pamphlet and a long list of available items & prices. That list is a lie - they don't have most of what's on that list - and they won't take it back once you realize that it's a bad fit. Also, their "website" just directs you to the hospital page so you can't actually see the items they have. You're better off with the bare minimum from the hospital (walker/crutches) and getting the rest from Amazon.
