I tried to work with two other companies prior to them to get my power wheelchair. Neither company could accommodate my special requests. Kristine, Jeff, and John at the Prime Care office had no issues working with my special requests. It is difficult for me to communicate via telephone due to not only my disabilities, but also a poor cell signal at my house. They had no issues at all communicating solely via text and email. They took care of all the paperwork and communications with my doctor and insurance company to get the proper forms filed. They were all courteous, polite, and professional every step of the way. They kept me informed of where we were in the process and what I would need to do in my home to get it ready for my chair. John worked with me to get the chair delivered when it was convenient for me. At delivery he explained all I needed to know and answered all my questions. Truly a great team at this company. I definitely recommend them if you need a power wheelchair, or any other medical equipment.

We had a unique prescription to be filled for some medical equipment and our doctor sent the script to Marra's to be filled. I reached out to them to get set up and they not only had a wide variety of options for the equipment we needed but spoke, extensively, on each of the choices so that Mr and my wife could make a fully informed decision. Not only were they informative but they were exceptionally kind, thoughtful and funny. When I went in to pick up the equipment I was blown away by the selection and the breadth of their pharmacy.
