The peach mousse is definitely one of my favorites, and you can't go wrong with the tiramisu or the raspberry cheesecake. The macarons are also fantastic, flavorful, and perfectly made. The pricing is very reasonable and worth every penny. If you're looking for exceptional desserts that taste as good as they look, I highly recommend Erik's Sweet Creations!

I'm especially in love with their mousse desserts! During my most recent visit, I tried the Banana and Coffee Bean, and they were both phenomenal. Each one had a delicate, crunchy outer shell with an incredibly soft, creamy, and airy mousse filling inside. The Banana had a fresh banana purée-like filling that added a nice fruity flavor, while the Coffee Bean had a delicious mocha-like center. Beyond tasting amazing, both desserts were absolutely beautiful and almost too pretty to eat! My only wish is that they had a little bit of cake incorporated into them for some additional texture, but that certainly didn't stop me from enjoying them. They also have a great variety of cakes, cookies, macarons, éclairs, and croissants. Everything looked absolutely stunning and heavenly. I could easily spend way too much time here trying to decide what to take home! I also appreciated that the prices were very reasonable, and the staff was polite, welcoming, and helpful. My sister and I actually discovered this spot together while I was visiting her, and it has quickly become one of her new favorites! I'll definitely be back to try more of their beautiful creations.

I can now enjoy my cravings in peace and pull up to potlucks with everyone's favorites. I ordered a concha, puerquito, and quava emepanada. Let's start talking about their business hours. They are supposed to be open from 8am to 5:30pm…read more Google, Yelp, and their own site doesn't match with their hours. I also told him when I got there. He had no answer to that. Called 4 times yesterday around 8:15am, then every 15 minutes later until someone by the name of Frankie answered the phone. I asked him "are you open"? He replied "yes, we are". Told him that I have been calling the bakery already 4 times and no-one is answering the phone. He apologized and I said "ok, will be there soon", and drove straight to the bakery and walked in at exactly 11:15am. This is a family owned business, and has been around for a little over 8 years now. Frankie, was very pleasant, nice, sharp and I think he overslept, because I could tell from his eyes. They looked tired. Once I got there, we had a small talk, and I told him "you are the owner, you should be here at least 30 minutes early. We both smiled, and laughed it off. Anyway, got few of their sweet and savory goodies which are: 2 strawberry Empanadas, 2 apple Empanadas, and 1 pumpkin Empanada. From their savory section got: 2 spinach & cheese ( cheese was more overpowering than the spinach. Wish it was the other way around. 2 mushroom Empanadas with sautéed onions inside. From their pastries: I got 1 Tres leches, 1, Eclair, and 1 Tiramisu. Concerning that they are all vegan, GF, and I am NOT, everything tasted very delicious, nice, fresh and hot. Some of the Empanadas were more filling, than others. Prices were also very affordable for the portions. They have Tamales, cakes, (which I didn't see), cookies, pastries, and few beverages. The fridge was half empty and a small section for the pastries. Bakery was very clean, wish it had an outdoor and indoor seating, and it was like walking into a sauna. I understand it's a bakery, but it was way too hot inside. It was also not bright. Very dim inside. I will, or will not return. Thank you all.

They have lots of coffee drinks and pastries but if the name says "pie," you need to get pie. The cherry pie was wonderful. Cherry is not my number one pie flavor but it was great and not too sweet. The crust was wonderful. The chicken pie had a ton of flavor and had corn and carrots inside, so I guess you could say it was healthy-ish. The Thanksgiving pie was wonderful, even though it is August and a million degrees outside. The spices were perfect and made me think of Turkey Day. No passport required to visit this Republic.

It's very quiet.. now that I think of it, I don't even remember if there was any background music playing. I came at the request of a friend. Was turned off during my visit day. It was extremely humid outside. And it seemed no effort to counter that inside. There was no air conditioning (maybe it broke down) but then they have ceiling fans that aren't on when there is obviously electricity. It was so stuffy and uncomfortable. I even asked a worker if there was the possibility to turn them on and she said she didn't know and then walked away There was also really nowhere to sit... except 1 table that said for groups of 3 or more. In the entire place there was only one group of 3 anywhere. We asked and they initially told us no we couldn't sit there. Our faces prob showed the feeling we had toward that so they "allowed" us to sit there. Food and drinks average. Vibe for me did not hit If you need a quiet place that feels roomy and light this might be a place you could enjoy. Parking is a hit or miss. Street parking. Tends to be unhoused people under the influence out front on the strip of restaurants in general.

I could spend a year trying everything on the menu, thank dawg I don't live here. The pastries all look Devine. Bonus points for some compostable items and, a big one for me, NOT prompting me to add a tip to deliver my plate to the table after ordering from the counter! This is one of those rare dishes that you really won't find outside of LA or Armenia. I've lived in LA on and off for 18 years and it took me this long to try it. It's great here. Crispy and savory together. This place specializes in it. The woman that works there is kind but doesn't speak much English. Don't try and force conversation lol this place is very transactional. The ambiance is super old world. I love it. Feels like you are in a village bakery. Great prices. I also got the sesame one. The flavor is VERY bold on that one, so don't get it unless you are ready to try something your pallet isn't use too. I liked that one, but it was pretty oily and herbaceous. Great place.
