Overpriced garage that will unnecessarily total your vehicle. They will fix more than necessary so they can charge you more than necessary. During the breakdown of our car they were careless and destructive and cut through good parts the next garage had to replace. Noaker's prices are some of the highest if not the highest locally. They do not look for authentic manufacturer's parts but instead use low quality Chinese material they can bill as new material. They took weeks to look at our car and provide an estimate. Their newer ownership does not have the same integrity or commitment to good local business as their older ownership. By undervaluing my car and overcharging the repairs Erie/Noaker's unnecessarily totaled my diesel car that WAS maintaining high resale value. Diesel cars are no longer sold in the US. Once a car has been issued an R title from salvage its resale value is ruined. My car had NO airbag deployment and NO structural damage. An honest repair company and honest insurance company should have deemed this an easy fix. Of course, after we got it out of Noaker's hands, it was an easy fix. Erie insurance is a direct partner with Noakers and their adjuster Kristina Ney was the worst. She left the impression she'd never seen a deer collision before or she was cooking the books for the insurance company. Incompetent, corrupt, rocks for brains, deceitful and likely ripe for a management position in a failing company. She seemed thrilled to write off the car as a total loss and had no interest in another garage's estimate which was $2596.37 less than Noaker's. The garage that did the repairs, D&E Autobody, used actual VW parts and saved money by getting parts in matching paint color. They gave me the option on a small rear door dent that did not require an entire new door. Not only did Noakers insist on replacing the entire door for one small blemish, but they wanted to redo the panel behind it as well - where there was no damage. In summary Noakers is a big name big brand that lacks the craftsmanship and professionalism of the smaller local garages. Joe Barnes Autobody will do you a wonderful service and D&E Autobody did us a wonderful service. Here are a few tips I learned along the way that may help counter the harm you will experience with the Noakers/Insurance camaraderie; I was able to counter Erie's attempted underpayment in settlement by providing two comps from local dealerships that had a similar 2015 VW GOLF SPORTWAGEN TDI SE as mine. A bit of a challenge but worth your effort. While Erie was claiming I had an 11k car, shopping around quickly demonstrated it was worth 15k-19k. Avoid PennDot at all costs. If you must go, go in person. Better yet, instead, for same day respectful treatment Go to PA auto license brokers, New Bloomfield. In the unfortunate event you experience an unwanted total loss and if you choose to retain as salvage and repair. Please know, it will be difficult to find and enhanced inspector to make your vehicle roadworthy again. We had a good experience with Blain Tire and Auto. There aren't many of them around. read more

When I hit a deer a few months ago I reached out to the community and was referred to Noaker's by several people that have lived in the area a long time so I figured that is where I would take my vehicle for repair. I was happy to see that they are really a well oiled machine of a company and worked seamlessly with my insurance company ROOT. The office staff are friendly. They have a Keurig for a hot beverage if you want one and some good music playing. They do keep you informed of every step of your repair via email, text, and phone calls. Living in rural PA, i was lucky enough to avoid our deer population for 25+ years, until this March. Upon contacting my insurance company, they had several preferred auto body places on their list, one of which was Noakers. I was dreading this whole process, needing rental car, having to fight with the insurance company to get the car fixed properly etc etc. Noakers were first class throughout the whole process, taking all the stress off me, taking care of the rental car, dealing with the insurance company, even after finding other damage once the initial claim had been submitted, and even tolerating my phone calls to ask questions as we went along, keeping me informed at all times of where they were in the repair and when it would be completed. We took our Travel Trailer in to get a new awning installed. They were half the price quoted to us by one of the big camper places. He did a great job and was able to get the job done much faster than anticipated as he knew we were under a time crunch. The awning looks great, and even rolls up much better than it did before. This is the most professional auto body repair shop you will ever find. They are very good at their work. They are also on top of the details both in the shop and in the office. You will see that as soon as you walk in the door. They are punctual and will have your vehicle finished when they say or let you know if there is a delay. The delay will not be thier fault. Found this place when I searched for a local garage to fix a frozen door lock situation so that I would not have to go out of the county. They did a great job fixing my car door lock. The office staff and the technician handling my repair were all friendly, very organized and efficient. They do mechanical work as well which I did not realize, since their name states "auto body". I assumed that was all they did and did not look into it further until recently. They have rental cars on the premises for people needing a rental when their car needs body work. While waiting for my door lock repair, I could see that folks coming in for auto body work were taken care of promptly, with staff assisting them by making telephone calls to the customer's auto insurance to get the paperwork completed. I've been looking for a new garage since early this year, when my former garage closed. Noaker's is AAA and BBB approved and do many services for many types of vehicles. There is a comfortable waiting area (not every local garage has this feature) and the premises are well maintained & attractive. I will be going here for routine auto services when needed. read more

My scooter fell over in heavy winds and took considerable damage. My insurance agent suggested Noaker's Auto Body. I couldn't be happier. They did a tremendous job. The paint is a special color and has a matte finish. It looks like it did when I first brought it home from the shop when I bought her. They kept me informed of the process and helped me load it onto my carrier when I picked it up. Went in for car Repair. They were a preferred auto body shop by my insurance, StateFarm. They walk through the process of getting your car repaired. They think you the entire process, the offered getting a car for me to use while mine was being repaired, not only that but they call twice weekly to let you know how your car is going. Once Done the work is incredible, it was awesome. Not only was it better than before, it was cleaned polished and vacuumed. The car was better than when i bought it from the dealer. They were Friendly Fast and do Great work. Highly recommend for anyone needing car services. Plus if the autobody work that you have done is over a certain price they give you free car detailing for the life of the car. read more

From start to finish. This was best experience i have had with a body shop. Walked in and was greeted with a polite office staff. They got me in and out quickly, so i didn't have to wait around while they typed everything in. Emailed me a copy of the estimate and got me scheduled, right away. They also set me up with a rental that i could pick up there at the shop. Picked up the rental the day I dropped my car off for repairs. They kept me informed during the repairs with phone calls and a program called auto watch, where i could view my repairs on-line everyday. Called me and let me know vehicle will be done later that day. Then called and verified that it was done. When i picked up the car, they went over the repairs at the vehicle with me and showed me everything that they done. They handled everything with the insurance company. read more
